To finish off the entire spectrum, if you will, I need to build a colorless deck. The eldrazi seem boring and too expensive as a general. Thus leaving Karn, Silver Golem as the general of choice. I want to do something a little bit different with Karn than what I see alot online. While reading Karn's ability "1: Target noncreature artifact becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost until end of turn (That artifact retains its abilities)", I thought to myself, what could be fun with that ability? Well, how about making a Sword of Fire and Ice a creature and equiping it with a Sword of Light and Shadow, and beating in. Thus my idea was born.
I'm currently getting cards to build this, it seems like a bunch of fun. Feedback and suggestions are welcome. Please don't suggest Mishra's Workshop (I cannot afford one), and I'm on a semi-budget so no super expensive cards (basically anything over $20). Thanks in advance
The Voltron idea seems good. I think I might test it out in my build, and see how it runs, though I might try fewer equipment than you have in your list.
You might consider trying out Voltaic Construct, because of it's sheer level of broken-ness, and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, for its ability to deal with Pithing Needle, which is Karn's death knell.

I have made a Karn deck too, though I haven't gotten to play with it yet!
It seems like the Oblivion Stone and Disk are really bad in this sort of disk. I guess if you get them in an opening hand, you can sort of play around them, but if you top deck one with half a dozen artifacts already played . . . I don't see casting it ever being a very good idea. (Although it would combo with forge pretty nicely!)

I don't know if you are aware, but the wording on Disk makes it so it stays in play with Darksteel Forge. You can basically disk every turn. Another Karn combo is Mycosynth Lattice with Karn to kill a land for 1. You already have all that in the deck anyway.
Karn doesn't seem to be a very good Voltron type creature. The equipment needs to do something that another artifact doesn't do better. Most of the time, it would get you more for the mana if you just attacked with your stuff rather than spend all that mana to equip every turn. Stuff like Akroma's Memorial and Eldrazi Monument are like equipments that you don't have to equip and they effect every guy you want to activate. There may be some equipment that does something so great, that its worth playing, like Lightning Greaves and Whispersilk Cloak just to protect your Karn, but most seem like there could be better choices.
Cards like Lifeline make it so your artifacts that actually die, you can animate them and Lifeline will just bring them back.
I would probably play Crucible of Worlds just to be annoying with Strip Mine and such.

I am aware, but scifiantihero said disk and stone were bad for this deck, my argument was how else is the deck going to sweep the board. I am aware of the syngery that disk has with Darksteel Forge.
From your comments it looks like you didn't even look over the deck list. Five of the eight cards you suggested are already in the decklist. So with the cards that you suggested that aren't in the deck
Eldrazi Monument - Big old no. I know I can animate any artifact to deal with it's upkeep trigger, but losing some board or card advantage so my "creatures" can get +1/+1 isn't that good. This would be amazing if Lifeline was/is out, which brings us to
Lifeline - This needs to be in. Can become a 5/5 on it's own w/ Karn, and can bring back any "creature" that I lose
Crucible of Worlds - This needs to be in. Mono Brown/Silver is weak, and the Strip Mine/Crucible lock will help the deck
I know that most of the cards were already in the deck, as I stated. I was just trying to make a point. I would rather play artifacts that have mass effect rather than equipment.
About the monument, the flying and indestructible are probably more important than the +1/+1. There are other ways to continuously pay for Monument as well. Animate a Mishra's Factory, or Blinkmoth Nexus, or Mutavault (you don't play) and just replay it every turn with Crucible. If the rest of your board is indestructible, you should be able to win with that. Scarecrone also lets you pay for it every turn and you can get a bonus with something like a duplicant that you can use every turn.
Some other cards you could consider depending on your meta are Uba Mask if there are people playing lots of countermagic. If you have a good board position, Null Brooch can be good. Jester's Cap can be good against people playing combo. Portcullis is good against decks that like to play lots of creatures. If you don't play Uba Mask, Vedalken Orrery is really good. Basalt Monolith has a couple infinite mana combos. With Voltaic Construct, you turn the Monolith into a creature and net a mana each time. Or with Rings of Brighthearth, you copy the untap ability and net a mana each time. Rings would let you copy an ability on something like the Scarecrone as well.

Thats probably enough for now.
Fair enough, your reasons for Eldrazi Monument to be in are enough for me to put it into the deck.
Portcullis is crazy nuts, so awesome.
Feel terrible, that I forgot good old Rings of Brighthearth.
Infinite mana might be necessary as mono brown/silver is weak.

Wow, how did I forget about Voltaic Construct, way good.
Oddly enough, no one is running Pithing Needle in my meta, once it shows up, Ulamog will be in

Mishra's Workshop is the card cause it is expensive.
