Just wondering if, in 2HG, things like Ghostly Prison are unavoidable. People have been saying that if one head controls a card like that (or Propoganda, or whatever) the opposing team can just declare their attack on the other head. Basically, do you attack a specific person, or a team?

In Two-Headed Giant, you attack the defending team as a whole. The restriction generated by Propaganda's ability would affect any of your attacking creatures...
810.7c As the declare attackers step begins, the active team declares attackers. If an effect of an object controlled by a defending player prohibits a creature from attacking him or her, that creature can’t attack the defending team. The active team has one combined attack, and that set of attacking creatures must be legal as a whole. See rule 508.1.
You can't somehow attack the head that doesn't control Propaganda to "avoid" that cost.
No. Chandra deals her damage to target player and each creature he or she controls. You still target a player, and it will only damage that person and his or her creatures, not his or her teammate(s).

Back in my day, Wrath of God didn't kill Black Knight and that's the way we liked it. We also had to pay mana for our 1/1s. Kids and your Memnites. Get off my lawn!
what for example if one of those players has an Island and I have a Islandwalk creature. It also just gets through right?
Correct. Islandwalk just cares if the defending player (or a defending player in 2HG) controls an Island. Provided at least one player does, the attacking creature is unblockable.
If I understand this correct does it also mean that the opponent can't attack planeswalkers anymore unless he pays?
No, that's not what that means. Attacking a planeswalker means that you're, well, attacking the planeswalker. While your two opponents may still be the defending players, you're not attacking the defending players. Ghostly Prison's effect never applies when you attack a defending player's planeswalker, you never have to pay 2 for that attacking creature.
Just for comprehension, are there any other examples like ghostly prison, moat etc that happen no matter what?
That's a pretty broad question, but it really boils down to whether or not the effect cares about whether you are attacking the defending team. If you are attacking the defending team, then the effect will apply regardless of which player controls the source of the ability.
What about creatures like Hypnotic Specter I'll choose which opponent discards a card at random right?
When combat damage is assigned in 2HG, if the attacking creature is unblocked, you assign that creature's combat damage to a specific head on the defending team. So, you assign all 2 of Hypnotic Specter's damage to one player. That player will discard a card at random. (This is slightly unlike annihilator, in that you don't choose a defending player to discard. You choose the player that is assigned the damage, and then that player discards.)
What happens if 1 of the defending players that got attacked, controls a Dread.
I guess in this case no matter what creatures attacked the opponents (even if I have to choose the head like with hypnotic specter) the creature would be destroyed.
Dread's ability states:
Whenever a creature deals damage to you, destroy it.
So, it matters how combat damage is assigned. If combat damage is assigned to the player who controls Dread, then Dread's ability will trigger and destroy the creature that dealt damage to that player. If combat damage is assigned to the player who doesn't control Dread, then Dread's ability doesn't trigger.
And: Cabal Executioner do I again choose who sacrifices a creature? Right? As it is the same as with Hypnotic Specter?
As with Hypnotic Specter, you do not choose the player who sacrifices a creature. You choose a "head" on the defending team to be assigned combat damage, and when combat damage is dealt, Cabal Executioner's ability triggers. The "head" that was dealt damage will sacrifice a creature. There's no choice for the ability, just a choice for how combat damage is assigned and which player is dealt combat damage.

Yes, you choose. The same goes for effects like Annihilator.
