I guess I'm supposed to give you the last few posts of our previous thread, to spark conversation and all that;

I'm currently watching Barbara Walters's special, Heaven: Where is it? How do you get there? It's surprisingly good. She has so far interviewed a Jewish rabbi, an Evengelical minister, a catholic priest, Muslim scholars (as well as terrorists), the Dalai Lama, atheists, agnostics, and she is currently interviewing those who've had near-death experiences. I'm liking it.
I am too rather surprised. I have two television stations so I knew I was going to watch it but the title seemed a little over-the-top to me. But I also feel it is good. I like Dalai Lama, his laugh. If any of you other guys watched it, you will know.
Oh, hi Ivory Tower. Yes, surprisingly enough I am a friend here. I doubt you remembered. I do not blame you, afterall I never post here. See, you must understand when I first applied for friendship I only knew a handful of you, T2, Sen, GB, a few others. But then I started reading these threads and started lurking debate and realized you were all super-humans and decided it best to lurk. But now I am posting again. Oh and as Ethan knows I read your guy's blogs. Or at least three of them. They are entertaining indeed.

I just got back from seeing Kong.
I heard a man on television today trying to argue it was Oscar worthy. It made be feel very uneasy.

Agreed on all points. I felt it went down hill, the first few interviews were alot more engaging than the later ones. I don't know...=/
Is mine included in that bunch?
I have read it, yes, but it is Furor's and Senori's that I commonly read.

I am not sure how to take that so I will take it as a compilment. It does fit my signature and avatar though.

Yeah, the later interviews were with those idiots who spoke about their near death experiences. It was all down hill after the Dalai Lama (who was very interesting). I agree with the psyhcologists interpretations of near-death experiences: they are little more than hallucinations that accompany a loss of blood to the brain.
I have read it, yes, but it is Furor's and Senori's that I commonly read.
Well, they are the ones who update regularly, so I suppose that's fair I just updated for the first time in at least a month.

It was neither meant as an insult nor a compliment; more of a general observation. However, your many titles (the latter two especially) are certainly commendable, and worthy of compliment. Therefore:
* T2 compliments SorryGuy on his titles.

First post; roxxorz. Though I suppose this amounts to a double post, and since I actually have nothing to say, this could also be spam. Meh. It happens.
I have endured knowledge as best I can endure, have accomplished what I could, have finished my final semester at my current college, and am now moving on to a university.
To say the least, I am both anxious and nervous, but mostly I'm just happy.
In other news, I have now skiied twice in my life, within the same week.
I'm becoming a rich white kid!
Also, I did not fall off a cliff, either time.
Utah is pretty, in a desolate sort of way.

Am I to understand that you skiied Utah?
I met a fellow in Northern Minnesota who happened to have attended Salt Lake Community College. He asked how I liked living near such great powder and I replied that I've never skiied before. He was incredulous.
I made a resolution to ski. I've lived here most of my life and travelled the country; I might as well do something that people come here for.

I bought Half-Life 2 tonight (I tend to be way behind on the whole "games" thing; I don't really care all that much). And I've been playing it for around six hours straight.
I'm actually kinda sleepy.

Therin lies the problem; I do suck. But I'm told I have a self-esteem deficiency, so it helps to blame the games at which I suck rather than my own suckitude.

Ditto. I do hope to become better (there's a billiard hall around here that assumes I'm a college student). It's one of those things to have discussions around.
In related news, my relatives hae apparently told my parents that the wishlist I gave them (cause they asked =/), is a regular scavenger hunt. Woot.

Fin.
I'm told that such re-assignation of blame is a common failing among human beings.
Pool (or billiards if you prefer) is really a matter of practice more than anything. I've been playing casually for the past 3-4 years, so I fancy myself as a decent player, but when I started out I was truly abysmal.
Being too short to make those across-the-table shots didn't help much, either.

Well, I'm too lazy to practice(and too cheap, at that; while it's only $5 an hour at the pool hall, it's still annoying). I'm tall enough, but it doesn't seem to be much of an advantage.

Merry Christmas to all! I won't be on tomorrow, and probably not on Christmas Day either. Too busy shopping, working, and visiting. And remember: don't let's be greedy.

Right. I forgot how much it is most places. At the student union at school (before they tore it down) it was only 50 cents an hour with student ID, so I could afford to play an hour a day easily.
After they tore it down, I went over to a friend's house to play. Then a few weeks ago, my dad decided to buy one, since he's wanted one for years and he was finally in the position to do so.

Also, I plan to go to Sundance this year.
CSUS: Nice I've heard good things from people whom I know in the Bay area, and who have visited the campus.
Popped collar: Ugh.
Skiing: I enjoy it, but haven't gone this year.
Sundance: Awesome. I'd love to go...alas, not this year. Sometime, definitely.
Oh.

So am I.
I have long hair.
As do hippies.
Hippies are Communists.
Ergo, by a process of simple syllogism, we see that Communists are actually greedy.
