Im thinking of making a Reaper King EDH deck but my budget is REALLY small.
It would consist of the weaker changelings and scrarecrows. Almost all my lands will be basic and add in a bit of green. I will make it give me alot of card advantage over my opponent.
Other than your general, you don't really have any control spells. How do you plan on handling all those burn, counter, and boardwipe spells your opponenet will throw at you??
Great theme though! Way to stick with tribal, for good or for ill. There are definately some scarcrows (and changelings) that aren't worth the cut, but I see you have lurking prediators in your list. Do you plan on a overwhelming creature strategy? If so, I think you need a few more ways of pushing your creatures onto the floor.
A little light in the mana department. I run a horde of notions deck with 40 land, 15 of which are dual lands and the like; and I still run short sometimes. Though, in your defense it might not be as bad for you with all the colourless spells you have.

The changelings that got cut... well they costed a bit more... thats sorta why... Hunting grounds is the most expensive card there but that kind of card along with Lurking Predators and wild pair are sorta like a fetish for me. I Did forget Wild Pair, Which I own. What should I cute for it? No changeling please XD! Burn, Counter Ill just keep playing spells. Boardwipe Ill hopefuly live through with my enchantments (there is actually no board wipes in our playgroup except for Shrivel and Festering March wich arent). Mana is a problem for me. I am scared of being color/mana screwed.
There's always the Shardlands that can produce one of three colours. Only uncommon, so they shouldn't be too expensive. There's also the common-level karoo lands from Ravnica block, like Rakdos Carnarium, a little slow on production but might be worth also looking into them. Even if you just got the :symg:-producing ones from those cycles, it would still greatly enhance your manabase I would think. In EDH, unless someone has a weenie build, there's usually plenty of time to recover from a couple CiPT lands slowing you down a bit. Also, by replacing Forests with them, you get to keep your mana-count the same, while enhancing your other colours, reducing the chance of a colour-screw.

The original Karoo lands were a cycle of lands in Visions. The white version Karoo had a catchy name, so its been used to refer to all lands with similar mechanics.
I run a Reaper King EDH deck. If you are into combos I'd suggest playing Tidespout Tyrant. With Tidespout Tyrant and Reaper King on the field and Jawbone Skulkin and Heap Doll in hand (or a combination of one on the field and one in hand) you can destroy one permanent per mana you can produce.
You basically have the tidespout bounce the other scarecrow on the field with converted casting cost of one to your hand when you play the other scarecrow of converted casting cost of one and repeat to get a lot of vindicate effects. If you want to run this combo though I'd suggest running tutor/searching methods to get tidespout. Also tidespout is a rare but a relatively cheap one if it fits in your budget. The combo also can run less efficiently with scarecrows with converted cost greater than one but it's all a matter of getting tidespout on the field and setting up and protecting the combo.
Here are a few other cards I suggest if it fits you budget: Cauldron of Souls (persist your creatures for the Reaper King combo) Open the Vaults/Roar of Reclamation (to return scarecrows from your graveyard to the field by the masses when Reaper King is out, not to bad to play unless your opponents play a lot of artifacts too) Ghostway (Remove and return all scarecrows and changelings back to the field to destroy more permanents with reaper king)

Tidespout tyrant seems a bit too much, especialy with my playground. Cauldron of Souls would work better if we had sweepers in my meta. but only works once per creature but mostly no idea what I would cut. Open the Vaults/Roar of Reclamation look awesome! Except not something I wanna cascade into. Ghostway would be a bit (too) much... And probably start cutting in their lands which Im not sure I want to do.
I made a blog with this list and it have been finaly bought (For like 10 dollars not counting lands.) I will be making it and I was missing a few cards (Scarecrone Shapesharer Straw Soldiers and Scouting Trek.)
I am tempted to move a bit more away from the theme so you guys can suggest more cards that would be good.

Scarecrone.
Scarecrone and another artifact scarecrow in the GY is such immense advantage with Reaper King out...

I cut it because of the price. The whole deck comes at like 27 bucks without buying the card I already have...
EDIT: Good idea to add him, though. I will. Any ideas for cuts? I need to cut 2 cards.
Good idea, Any other such sets?
EDIT 2: -1 Each Basic land +1 each panorama. -1 Last Stand +1 Wild Pair.
I suggest this
- 7 Forest
+1 Seaside Citadel
+1 Jungle Shrine
+1 Savage Lands
+1 Selesnya Sanctuary
+1 Simic Growth Chamber
+1 Golgari Rot Farm
+1 Gruul Turf
I love those "Karoo Lands! but "Karoo" lands? Why the name? The SoA lands are a bit pricey, Id get Chameleon Colossus and Mirror Entity before them.
Also, wouldnt getting all of those be better than just the green? Replacing maybe 1 or 2 of the other color basics.
Deck is 31 64 for me right now...
EDIT: Thinking of putting back Last Stand in because of its combo with Prismatic Omen maybe Conflux too?
I use these in a few of my EDH decks, and they are very budget-friendly.

Like the others, for the price of a few Id rather add a changeling that I didnt get because of price.
