I have created this deck to try to make my first true Highlander build, not even doubling up on basic lands. Here is my list, let me know anything you might suggest!
Like the snow-covered basic lands, but I really like the consistency fetches bring to the table. With 9 targets and 9 fetches, they don't become dead cards too early.
Isochron Scepter and Summoner's pact are both excellent suggestions! Thanks!
Skullclamp cannot really be considered a best for it was banned upon release. I think the best card/most broken card on that list has to be Bloodbraid Elf. That card was too busted.
Probably because I suggested he remove Counterspell without seeing Deprive :S Counterspell is obviously better but there are tons of counters that do a better job in EDH; Dismiss is the one that most easily comes to mind, but I'm sure a bluer mage than me could provide a better suggestion

Oh, lol. Anyway, the efficiency of Counterspell and Deprive are really good. But i find card advantage is really important in EDH. The difference between 2 and 4 is not too bad in EDH, but the extra card really matters.

Glad it was useful I just remembered, Reclaim is a pretty good Scepter target as well. I would probably run it in addition to Regrowth or similar, rather than instead of, since it's only card advantage if you have a swinging Intet, but it's still pretty awesome on a Scepter.

I really like Isochron Scepter in Intet decks. Worldly Tutor/Mystical Tutor + Isochron Scepter + Intet seems like good times. Works well with Pact of Negation too, as well as Summoner's Pact, though you don't have it.
