With any of the given mana costs, it'd have to be either rare, or be uncommon and either WU or GU.
I know I voted for GU, but I'd like to propose a write-in of 2WU if it's going to be at common, no matter what.
we already have a blue white instant, but its not like this removal fits anything else..... two mana is too powerful for a removal with no drawbacks AND a cantrip, but four mana removal is too slow in the format with the exception of bituminous, for obvious reasons. Just right at 3, and I'm much too big a fan of hybrid mana to vote any other way.

None of these mana costs are appropriate for this card as a piece of common removal. This hits any targetable creature, at instant speed, and cantrips. The lowest cost I could imagine for this card is 1WU, and even then common would be pushing it.
I agree. Annihilate costs 3BB and that is an uncommon.
The closes things we have to this are Oust and Bant Charm, both of which are uncommon and white.
Seeing as how Esper Charm is a sort of combined Divination and Mind Rot, both of which cost 2C, I'm going to say this should be 2W. I think this is fair, for it's an instant, whereas Divination and Mind Rot are sorceries, yet Bant Charm is a little better than this.
on the other hand we have terminate for two mana, and this isn't even as effective, especially considering how slow white blue is. They have decent odds of getting the creature back.

The reason I say it should be common is because it's similar to Deglamer, and that's common. I also argued this should be blue since this is a bounce variation. Than again, I just remembered Oblation.

It was me who submitted this mechanic, and when I created the card (for a MCC if I'm not mistake) it was a bit different. However, the name I had were "Wipe Out", which I like more than these (but I'm suspicious right? )
As I said there, the card were a bit different (any permanent, no cantrip) and it was Rare. I think this version should be at least Uncommon. About the cost, I think it's a U/G card, but :symu::symg: is too cheap, so I won't vote for any cost.
edit: :1mana::symwu::symwu: is winning and I don't dislike it either.

I like straight blue, but it could be monowhite as well. I definitely think it fits in uncommon territory.
