Quick notes:
My play group generally doesn't approve of mass land destruction or infinite combos, so that's why those aren't in there.
I made a lot of changes to keep it as budget as possible, because I can't afford to drop more than $50 on any given deck at one time (My group does allow proxied generals from Legends, though.) I don't actually have this deck yet.
Some card choice explanations:
Winged Coatl is removal for any creature that is both blockable and not indestructible. Great against the various shrouded creatures.
Skyward Eye Prophets does a little bit better than drawing a card every turn; it can also be pseudo-mana acceleration.
Hoverguard Sweepers has a good body and bounces two of the problem creatures that inevitably show up, or Eternal Witness, Mulldrifter, Duplicant, etc.
Sunscape Master has two abilities that are really good here.
