Goblin Magician1:symur::symur:
Creature - Goblin Wizard {U}
Discard a card at random from your hand, T: Tap all creatures target player controls with a converted mana cost equal to the card discarded this way. 1/2 "Watch and be amazed as I pull a dragon out of my hat... look a distraction!"
Goblin Lair
Tribal Land - Goblin (U)
Goblin Lair enters the battlefield tapped. T: Add R to your mana pool. R,T: Exile target goblin you control. Return it to the battlefield under its owners control at the end of turn. Fighting goblins on their home turf is impossible.
Burning-Hair Shaman1R
Creature - Goblin Shaman (C) T: Target creature gains first strike until end of turn. If that creature already have first strike, it gains double strike until end of turn instead. "This is guaranteed to make you fight better. Just... don't look in the mirror for a while, 'kay?"
1/1
Scrabbling Brood2R
Creature - Goblin Warrior (U)
Swarm (If any attacking creature with swarm is not blocked, all attacking creatures with swarm become unblocked.)
2/2
The name feels like Eldrazi Spawn to me. I was brainstorming about reminder text earlier. I like (A creature with swarm can't be blocked unless each other creature with swarm is also blocked.). But who knows. As a gray ogre, it's, well, a gray ogre. If there are other swarm guys, the power certainly goes up. I don't like this as an uncommon, though. I wish I could see how many of your swarm guys were in the set. It's hard to evaluate on its own, though I assume this is your "basic" swarm guy. For that reason, I think it should be a common.
Bonecrush Wardrummer :2mana::symr::symr:
Creature - Goblin Shaman
Goblins you control cannot be blocked except by 2 or more creatures
:1mana::symr:: Exile a Goblin in your Graveyard. Put a 1/1 red Goblin token into play under your control.
1/3
It's drums were made from the bones of the last army they faced...
Drumming drumming.
It's like... uh... Caterwauling Boggart. 4cc is a good choice. The other ability is certainly quite powerful. Turn dead guys into alive guys? I'm for this. Rarity would be appreciated. My instincts say uncommon. I don't like these two abilities on one card. There isn't much synergy. I think you could do just the second ability as one card.
Cumulative Upkeep- Sacrifice a Goblin.
Each Goblin creature you control get +3/+2.
"This long forgotten Goblin game seemed childish to the first explorers who witnessed it. That is- until they witness the little goblins begin to rip each other apart..."
What is this name?
This is like goblin pyromancer, though without the anti-goblin power. Just slam this down the turn after you SGC and get there. Rarity would be nice. Again. Uncommon sounds reasonable to me. Not much to say. Just slam it down when you have goblins. Get a turn or two out of it, and then just let it go away.
Goblin Shoes1 Artifact - Equipment [r]
Whenever you equip Goblin Shoes, put a -1/-1 counter on the targeted creature.
Equipped creature get -X/-X, where X is the number of -1/-1 counters on it.
Equip 0 "Form-fitting. One size fits all. Snug fit. But don't put 'em on. You'll wish you hadn't."
- Squee, Goblin Shoe-Salesman
Hmm. Instantly kill your own creatures? I'd rather play a REAL sacrifice outlet. There aren't really any ways to stick this onto opponent's creatures, so the playability seems... low. Nice junk rare though.
Jund Bloodchief BR
Creature - Goblin Vampire {C}
Haste, Devour 1
Whenever Jund Bloodchief deals damage to a player, gain life equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on it.
1/1 Every world has it's own blood drinkers, some more vicious than others.
What? I mean, I guess black has lifegain now, but I think putting it on this goblin thing is questionable. oh, wait, it's a vampire too? Hmm. Oh, oh, oh, no, I get it. It's cool now. Devour to put counters on it, and then gain life! Neat. Problems with this card: Bloodchiefs are NOT common creatures. This is a case where the name needed to be different. I think it's a reasonable common though.
Goblin Mirrormage 1UR
Creature - Goblin Wizard (U)
Whenever Goblin Mirrormage becomes blocks or becomes blocked by a creature, switch Goblin Mirrormage's power and toughness until end of turn.
3/1 He ran out of hiding places, so invented the Mirrorveil to hide in his own reflection.
Wording weirdness aside, I like this. It's a "play it safe" kind of card. Not the design, but the actual card. But is it a good card? Probably not. It's hard to attack into creatures. Any x/2 can block it just fine. Conversely, it's a reasonable blocker. I don't think this should be an uncommon (common is better). Yes, reverse everything I just said — it's a creature that's hard to kill.
Goblin Magician1:symur::symur:
Creature - Goblin Wizard {U}
Discard a card at random from your hand, T: Tap all creatures target player controls with a converted mana cost equal to the card discarded this way. 1/2 "Watch and be amazed as I pull a dragon out of my hat... look a distraction!"
This green text is a distaction. Is this even a card? I can't tell.
Goblin Lair
Tribal Land - Goblin (U)
Goblin Lair enters the battlefield tapped. T: Add R to your mana pool. R,T: Exile target goblin you control. Return it to the battlefield under its owners control at the end of turn. Fighting goblins on their home turf is impossible.
There is a reason that there were no tribal lands in Lorwyn block. It's similar to the reason that there aren't artifact lands in Scars of Mirrodin. (Take a look at Gempalm Incinerator.)The land itself is powerful basically only because Siege-Gang Commander exists. Though, it also works to save all of your goblins from removal, etc. etc. Granted, it might be too slow for the "GOBLIN DECK," but being a goblin might let it be a 2-of.
1/1
I want this to say: T: Target creature gains first strike until end of turn. T: Target creature with first strike gains double strike until end of turn.
I think that's a little cleaner, and pretty much always equivalent. Two mana 1/1 is good. Not much to say.
To me it is between JFZ and Brofaux. I do like Asrama's also, but the other two seem better. I think the swarm mechanic is an interesting limited mechanic, but I'd need to see more cards and playtest before I could give the a-ok. Obviously giving the example card as a gray ogre is a good move — I can't say that gray ogre is too powerful, even if it's unblockable — but I need to see how easy it is to just have an unblockable team. Brofaux's card is a fun one. Not giving it lifelink was a good call in this case I think, even though lifelink would be almost identical.
Hard to pick, but I want to give it to Brofaux for having a more interesting single piece. JFZ's card is more of the type of card I like, but with no context it's hard to judge.

So... close... heh:)
I do like your thoughts on the reminder text. Cleans it up a bit, and I think it would suffice as it's easy to grok and the actual rules text could clarify things. The only reason I made it uncommon is that I see swarm as potentially leading to quite a bit of shenanigans, much like shadow did back in the day, but maybe not. I was initially going to try some fixed version of banding (where the swarm creatures either had to be blocked individually, or if not, blocked as one large "banded" creature... but that ended badly). I could see swarm on perhaps 10 or so creatures in a large set, limited to black, green, and red... Maybe. It can get out of hand very quickly, but then that's the fun/problem when dealing with a swarm of critters. One bee isn't too much to worry about, but have you ever disturbed a whole hive? Not pretty. As far as the flavor, I was playing off of the way that goblins swarmed through the Mines of Moria. Always loved those goblins.

Washing Machine3
Artifact - Appliance U,t: Untap target creature and remove all counters from it.
Drain 2 (~ does not untap during your untap step unless you tap two lands you control.)
Sort of a humorous entry, but ideally this would go into some sort of steampunk or semi-futuristic block where there's a mana-grid (powergrid) supplying continuous energy to your appliances. In the large set, only appliances would have the Drain keyword, but in the 2nd/3rd sets, you could see it on equipment, fortifications and other sorts of artifacts, perhaps other permanents as well.
"Here only miracles. Here, only the rising of spirit. And yes, love if it was pertinent (which it was so often); and sometimes bloodletting. But never the prosaic, never the trivial.
