This is an artifact themed deck based on drawing cards I need, dumping artifacts into the graveyard, then bringing them to play with Sharuum, and reusing Sharuum with Master Transmuter, Mistmeadow Witch, Voyager Staff, Momentary Blink, and Crystal Shard. Master Transmuter also is used to return small artifacts to my hand in exchange for huge ones. There are many tutors for Master Transmuter (basically the best card in the deck) and ways to bring her back to life if she dies. The deck wins by swinging with creatures. (basically)
There are some nombos in the deck that lock players out (mindslaver) destroy all non-artifact permanents every turn (scourglass) and many CITP reusable creatures also. No instant win combos.
This deck is fun/casual, but I want it to be able to win consistently.
I want to be able to use this in 1v1 and multi-player games.
Also sculpting steel is good regardless of combos. Same with mind over matter. Serra Ascendant is pretty weak since you can't recur it. Junk Diver/ Myr Retriever / Sanctum Gargoyle all help you bring back threats from the graveyard for less than the cost of other recursion you have in the deck (I would cut Argivian Restoration). The Signets and Coldsteel Heart seem pretty weak as well. Akroma's Vengeance, as I've been told often, should probably be replaced by Austere Command.
I've never seen Hanna's Custody, that card is bomb. Is Debtors' Knell good? It seems a bit expensive for something that won't have any beneficial affect until your next turn.
I think you might have enough threats around 7 CMC that Take Possession seems a bit too limited power-wise / not bomby enough for that spot. Maybe look into adding Mycosynth Golem?
I've always liked the non-combo builds of Sharuum, they give me ideas for cards to add into my combo-version.
+Memory Jar
+Mistmeadow Witch
+Myr Retriever
+Arcum Dagsson
+Sphinx Sovereign
Mistmeadow Witch seems amazing. She's in.
Until I get an Austere Command, it's gonna be Akroma's Vengeance.
What do you think about adding Arcum Daggson?
I get the feeling that this deck might run into some problems with graveyard hate, which has been getting a lot more popular lately with the printings of Nihil Spellbomb, Bojuka Bog, and Relic of Progenitus. If this becomes a problem for you, I would suggest finding room for either some Stifle-effects, or some ways to give yourself shroud, like Ivory Mask.
My play group doesn't really use graveyard hate, which is another reason I'm running this deck.
I made a few changes to the list, it seem's really fine tuned at this point into what it wants to do. I'll be testing the deck out tonight, I'll post results. Any more suggestions would be nice.
I've also found Steel Overseer to be well worth the include. Your opponents won't realise it untils you start multi-tapping him with all your artifact untaps and your creatures get really big...really fast.
While you mentioned this deck being a non-combo, having Glassdust Hulk and Sculpting Steel for infinite unblockable damage (Duplicating Sharuum, the Hegemon) will allow you to get rid of the that pesky Emma-player.
There's other stuff there too, but you can take a look at the decklist for more....

Arcum is good in that it can fill your graveyard for you to return stuff. Getting another use out of Duplicant is always nice.
Most recently looking at Morinfen!

I've really been impressed with Sphinx Summoner and Sanctum Gargoyle; especially recurring them with Sharuum, the Hegemon. You can aggro really quick with them.
Ethersworn Adjudicator is a must-answer card.
I've also found Steel Overseer to be well worth the include. Your opponents won't realise it untils you start multi-tapping him with all your artifact untaps and your creatures get really big...really fast.

Hope this helps
