-Mindslaver (youre not breaking it, so i dont see the reason to use it)
-Izzet Signet (its slow fixing, youve got a ton of artifact acceleration already)
-wheel of fate (you already have a lot of this effect and this one can be prepared for)
-Stormtide Leviathan (theres a way better leviathan)
-Proteus Staff (I get it, but it can be a baddie with some comes into play effects, you also have a lot of board wipers to deal with their stuff.)
-Diminishing Returns (you have this effect already a couple of times. plus the exile 10 can hurt)
-Savor the Moment (you can take a few extra turns already)
-Cast through Time (eh, rebound can suck it. Its good for some spells like wheel of fortune, etc. but it seems like a win more card in 1v1)
+Inkwell Leviathan (insane)
+Destructive Force (keeps the board wiping up and your side strong w/ the artifact acceleration you have)
+Wildfire (see above)

youre the best judge of your own deck though, maybe my removals were completely wrong. Inkwell Leviathan has to be in there though,
i think you can cut some of these cards:
-Cast through Time: i cant really imagine when you want to draw it...
-Wheel of Fate: not good, cause all can see it comming..
-Diminishing Returns and Temporal Cascade: you have enoughe "new hand" spells..
-Paradox haze and Rift elemental: play clockspinning and fury charm insted..
cut some of the boardwipes...cause it is boring as hell to win with a boardwipe when you have suspended a biggie...all will give up right after it resolved...you dont need it... i play my jhoira (mainly 1v1) with 2 wipes..
rethink your selection of biggies...where is the bogardan hellkite..
if you are playing 1v1, Blatant Thievery and Insurrection dont deserve a spot..
cut Beacon of Tomorrows(too expensive) and try to get a temporal manipulation. and keep svor the moment...it can be a gamebreaker in this deck...
About the trinked mage: if you play him, i would recomend to use him as a toolbox...play the needle and the effige and such things...so you can get most out if him...

as dalamar said, you need some tutors!! dependig on your budget i would sugest intuition, Gamble and as an ablolute staple mystical Tutor.. i even play tolaria west to dig for maze of ith
Play all the cantrips..i love them..thinns your deck an lets you dig deeper...
