Some of them look like they might be Kami? I think those might be energy objects floating around them. It could be creatures from several different settings, like maybe a combination of kami, phyrexians, and eldrazi. A pic with less glare would help.
Wow, that is...incredibly hilarious. Incidentally, this is only the 4th enchantment ever printed with a tap mechanic. Hopefully not the last time that we see the untap mechanic though.
Oh man, that is brilliant. If I ever get my grubby mitts on a playset I'd be sorely tempted to cram 'em into a fish deck to supercharge Wake Thrashers while hosing opponents' aggro...

I think that they're supposed to be Phyrexians, the flavor text warns of planar invasions.
Not sure why a Snowglobe wouldn't be an artifact, though. It's certainly clever and funny however.
The card references No Mercy. The creatures in the globe are the phyrexians and Urza's crab bots that appeared on No mercy. The castle is Tolarian Acadamy.
To resist the puns would be like resisting a glacier's advance... The mere attempt would chill anyone's resolve. Why, 'snow wonder we let loose with the puns when the pressure of keeping them contained coldsnap bones!
