I like that idea, I might just add it in, but I tried to make this deck as cheap as humanly possible.
Why are you not playing Sickening Dreams and Dark Sphere?
They are 50 cents each. Sickening Dreams kills all players for suicide, or you can play Dark Sphere and halve the damage to you.
Because of Maralen's versatility I've made another version of this with a bunch of 0 cost cards, and sickening dreams along with Dark Sphere, and a bunch of other 0-1 cost cards to create a storm with Tendrils of Agony
I have another Maralen deck which I'll be submitting that's much more competitive soon.
The main problem with Maralen is that you will NEVER get to use her ability. One of your opponents will simply use their tutor opportunity to grab a piece of removal to kill her before your next turn.

Yeah that's a definite possibility, but in multiplayer I've found that someone will let it go, especially if they're combo oriented. The deck might only work once and you can always bring her back, as long as you have 8 life when you cast Ad Nauseam you more or less have the game.

well...except that a smart player will grab a counter instead, and counter your ad nauseum or sickening dreams. or if you're fetching boseiju, then bant charm or something. or stifle on your dark sphere...lol.
anyway it seems like a fun gimmick to pull out occasionally with new players but I wouldn't bother trying to optimize it too much. If it ever starts to get played much people will just always fetch their perma-removal, and then you're left with a really, really boring game.
Seems like a great trick to pull... once. After that, you've got no shot at pulling it off again, SOMEONE will have an answer somewhere in their library.

1 Maralen of the Mornsong
Lands:
95 Swamps
1 Reliquary Tower
Instants:
1 Ad Nauseam
1 Culling the Weak
1 Neverending Torment
Since this deck is so simple this is the only play you follow:
T1: Swamp
T2: Swamp
T3: Swamp + Maralen of the Mornsong
T4: (Search for Ad Nauseam) Swamp
T5: (Search for Reliquary Tower) Reliquary Tower
End of Opponent's Turn Ad Nauseam for the same amount of cards as their deck's size, remember to leave some cards in the deck just in case.
T6: (Search for Swamp) Swamp + Culling the Weak (sacraficing Maralen of the Mornsong) + Neverending Torment
In case, or fear, of Blue decks add in Boseiju, Who Shelters All
Help me with my custom cube project!!

also, wouldn't adding lotus petal and dark ritual let you go off a turn earlier?
like this:
turn 1: swamp
turn 2: swamp
turn 3: swamp
turn 4: swamp, maralen
turn 5: tutor for ad nauseum, swamp, cast ad nauseum, lotus petal, culling the weak, dark ritual, neverending torment
lotus petal is a few bucks, but dark rit is pretty cheap and speeding up by a turn seems like a major improvement.
alterately, you could tutor boseiju turn 4 and play it, then have a noncounterable nauseum next turn.
i don't think a guaranteed 4 is possible, but adding cabal ritual, ebon stronghold etc might give you a decent chance.
if you wanted a way to win a multiplayer game simultaneously...
turn 1: swamp
turn 2: swamp
turn 3: swamp, maralen
turn 4: tutor boseiju, play boseiju
turn 5: tutor ad nauseum, swamp, cast ad nauseum for most of your deck, lotus petal, culling the weak, dark ritual, skirge familiar, discard hand, exsanguinate
