This is my Mayael EDH. I kinda just threw it together from cards I had around and traded for a small few. I've been tweaking it for a while but haven't had much chance to test it against another deck besides my own Teysa, Orzhov Scion and Jhoira of the Ghitu decks. If anyone has any suggestions they'd be much appreciated.
Malyk, if most of the big guys in your deck have a CMC of 6, you're not playing the right big guys. I have a Mayael list that I've been playing for a year and a half. It's a well-built deck that wins frequently. Trust me, most of my big guys cost more then 6. Besides, why post a Rafiq list? At least offer a general in the same colors, not switching from Naya to Bant.
How many big guys are you playing? Keep in mind that you need a lot to be able to hit consistently. Two of my favorite power five guys that weren't on your list were Spearbreaker Behemoth and Deathless Angel. I'd cut Elvish Piper for Quicksilver Amulet because the amulet is a lot harder for people to kill. Seedborn Muse is crazy good, because you can use Mayael's ability on your turn and on your opponent's turn. I'd cut some of the vanilla guys that you're running, like Wooly Thoctar. So what if he only costs 3 to hard-cast? You're going to Mayael into him (after paying 6!) and not get any abilities out of the deal? Boring!
I'd cut all of the equipment that you're running. You should just get there with raw power from your big guys if the deck runs right, so what's another 2 power? Irrelevant.
Rings of Brighthearth lets you use Mayael's ability twice (dirty with the Seedborn Muse that I mentioned earlier). It also works well with fetch lands.
Are all of those wraths working for you? I found I had to cut almost all of mine, because they set me back too far in the game. All of the wraths I'm playing are one-sided against my opponent, or Austere Command because it's that good.
... sorry if that's a lot of commentary. Like I said, my Mayael list has been together for a long time now and I love her as a general.
Hey Malyk, thanks for the suggestion and Rafiq of the Many was definitely on the list as a possible general for me but I decided to go with Mayael because I liked Naya's flavor and it really appeals to the Johnny/Timmy in me. If I decide to make another EDH deck I'll definitely take another look at him though.
Adranth, thanks for suggesting Quicksilver Amulet, Elvish Piper was just in there to drop creatures that ended up in my hand. Completely forgot to look elsewhere.
I'll take another look at what I have before I go grab a Rings of Brighthearth but that does look good in here.
Oddly enough the only Wrath I've drawn so far is the Day of Judgment and your right it would have never helped if I'd played it and I'd like to have a chance to play the others before I make a decision. I can see why you think the equipment is unnecessary, my biggest worry with that is chump blockers. The Mage Slayer may not fit that bill well but I think I want to keep the Behemoth Sledge for the trample.

Deathless Angel is very nice. Her, Vagrant Plowbeasts, and Spearbreaker Behemoth should keep my fatties alive and kicking. I'm actually wondering which of those three do you think is weakest?
Seedborn MUse goes in, no question.
