This deck has now been retired and most of it's contents now reside in my Geth, Lord of the Vault deck.

Vorthos - House Dimir wants utter control of Ravnica. Such absolute control requires complete invisibility so as not to arouse opposition. Therefore, the guild works very hard to ensure that Ravnicans don't believe the guild exists. As such the Dimir are never straightforward in their strategy.
It plays like a Heavy Control deck with both recursion and zombie tribal sub-themes. I didn't want to go the "infinite turn" route with Dralnu. It's gameplan is to put lots of zombies in the graveyard and eventually recur them all at once for a big alpha strike, or just play what I can from the graveyard and hand to beat the opponent down, especially with Zombie Master and Urborg or Contaminated Ground enabling mass swampwalk. Necrotic Ooze has added some pretty wicked plays from gravebound abilities recently. And I have won a couple games by milling my opponent with Geth or Ooze using his ability.
It's not a super strong deck, at least not yet, but it provides very interesting and varied gameplay and is a long way from being weak. I usually use this deck when I'm playing against people that I know have less competitive decks.
Pact of Negation is excellent in Dralnu because you can tap out with it in your graveyard and Dralnu can still save himself from burn! Tolaria West is a good add if you add the pact.
