I wanted to build a deck that was heavily based on bouncing permanents, I originally tried having Heidar temporal adept and even time elemental in the same deck but wasnt nearly as effective as having the man of the hour himself in the command zone.
I am putting this up not cause I have been meaning to for some time now I will try to put up card descriptions and interactions in the next day or two. I wanted to get it up so i can get critique on my choices and see if I can justify others. I know I have some sub par cards so please point them out cause it can be difficult to be subjective on my own at times.
The main card this deck is built around would be portcullis it serves both to stop the aggro on the board and let my creatures come in go under then when i blink/bounce it they come in for a second round of CITP abilities. This is currently why I am running the man-o-war and adept so when they go in they help clear the field if ppl had creatures before the portcullis and when i bounce/blink they help again to reduce the creature count.
I also try to abuse Heidar as much as possible. reality acid plus him is 5 mana sac triggers pucas mischief lets me trade things and bounce them back to my hand just to replay (ie duplicant) the untappers let him get more and more powerful as the game progresses as i continue to bounce board positions for a fraction of the cost they paid to play them. I do fear all three artifact ones are too many since they untap creatures only.
I wonder how many people would find it annoying if I complained just as much about creature combat, because I dislike games where people do nothing but cast creatures, butt heads and do boring combat math?
needs more thawing glaciers, cold steel heart, scrying sheets and mouth of ronam, all add to the snow count and fill gaps. Also id be on the hunt for some aquire to steal Blightsteels.. I like the list. looking forward to seeing it in action

I did add the glaciers however I have run the other snow lands in various mono U lists for some time now, they just dont tickle my fancy. They dont make blue mana and worse yet they dont receive a bonus from gauntlet or lens so it never seems worth it to me when i rarely end up using their abilities.
I should put a mystifying maze in here tho since it will help me remove creatures that were down before the port.
I'd like to find a space for the shard as it will allow me to save heidars ability for my opponents stuff. what do you suggest cutting?

Stasis is always a brutal card to play with repeating bounce. You can return it at the end of the turn of the player before you, and you get to untap each turn but no one else does. Of course, this might get you kicked out of a casual table pretty quickly. Other traditional Stax cards like Tangle Wire, Smokestacks, Possessed Portal, Trinisphere, etc can have their symmetry broken by the fact that you can remove them for the duration of your turn.

I am interested in adding a crystal shard but i dont have any ideas on what to remove!

I have thought about adding such cards, this deck started cause my old mono u list was based off trying to make a soft lock work around cards like mists of stagnation temporal distortion trade embarrgo and had heidar temporal adept and time elemental but it just didnt work out. i intentionally left out stasis because its too brutal. i could get a copy and leave it in the board and only use it sometimes but its definitely something that would cause groans at first and then maybe killed later.
I may look to add stax/tangle wire but those are both cards that were more in consideration for if i build arcuum with a heavy proliferate theme in it. however if the next set has as much proliferate as this one it might not happen.
Overall i dont want prison to be the theme of the deck. I know i use port and then ward of bones is worse but they just set restrictions whereas stax/tanglewire/stasis are all crippling and non interactive.
however you do have a good point with clique i should try to find a spot for her to deal with problem perms.

I'm not a huge fan of N's Disk. In my experience, if I want to sweep, I need it NOW. Playing it a turn before you pop it just gives the table a turn to compensate for the card advantage you will get by beating it out of your life total.
