Couple of notes about your deck, based partially on my own Brion experiences:
- You are really light on bodies. When I first started playing with Brion, I only ran about 15 creatures total, and I thought that things like the Kaldra package would make up for that. I still have yet to get all three pieces in play at once, and I cut the Kaldra pieces a long time ago because it's just too hard to get them all out.
- You have some seriously unplayable spells in your list...
- Lightning Helix was a great card in Extended back in the day, but in this format, it's totally unplayable. Remember that this format is about Elder Dragons, a.k.a. big shiny dudes that don't care about taking a measly three damage.
- None of Chandra Nalaar's abilities are ever relevant. Her +1 is useless against multiple opponents with 40 life apiece, her -X will only kill one or maybe two creatures at best, and her ultimate isn't even all that bad when you have multiple opponents with 40 life apiece.
- Ajani Vengeant is also pretty weak in this format. You will NEVER be able to resolve his ultimate, and it still only affects one of your multiple opponents.
- Day of Judgment should probably be Planar Cleansing or Rout.
- Ajani Goldmane doesn't really do anything for you either. His +1 is irrelevant, his -1 isn't very good unless you have a token swarm (which you don't), and his ultimate is one Capsize away from being irrelevant.
To fix your deck, I would do the following:
- Cut the big creatures. They look bright and shiny and stuff, but if your creatures are already huge, you shouldn't need any equipment to make them better, and vice versa. For example, what's the point of having a Wurmcoil Engine if you can just dig up a Basilisk Collar? Since you seem to want to play more equipment, and you want to expand your 'Lark package, you should cut out a lot of the creatures that aren't 'Lark-able and don't need to pick up equipment.
- Make sure you play all of the equipment tutors. This includes Taj-Nar Swordsmith and Steelshaper Apprentice.
- Add a few artifact recursion spells. If people notice you assembling Kaldra pieces, they might try to blow one up. Then you can drop a Treasure Hunter or a Sanctum Gargoyle and get them back. Both of these are preferred over Razor Hippogriff because they are 'Lark-able.
- Get some better Sunforger targets. Enlightened Tutor is a must, and Condemn or Path to Exile would be good.
- Get a better mana base. Even if you're on a budget, you can fix yourself better than 32 basics. I would add two Vivid lands, a Naya Panorama, a Reliquary Tower, and a Terrain Generator at minimum. Depending on your budget, you can also add duals (R/W is probably the cheapest color combination for duals) and Emeria, the Sky Ruin.

EDIT: Any Sunforger package with a Tithe needs a Mistveil Plains. Knight of the White Orchid and Kor Cartographer wouldn't be too bad either.
Yeva (88/92 foils)
Raff
Scarab
Rakdos
Wort ($50 budget, 94/97 foils)
Trostani
I'd like to emphasize this. Tithe is amazing at grabbing Mistveil Plains, then you can use the spells multiple times.
To add to the Sunforger package you could add: Abeyance, Orim's Chant, Fork, Into the Core
Commander: Vorosh || Karn || Sygg || Phage || Niv Mizzet
