February Altered Card Contest

Valentine's Day

This month's theme is alter a card to feature love, passion, or romance. Please do not alter one to feature "lust".

Any images of scantily clad anime girls or other images in that vein will be immediately disqualified. I think you guys can be much more creative than this.

The card doesn't need to be "Valentine's Day" themed, just love themed.

— Please do not use alters that have already been posted elsewhere.

— The original card should not be a factor in deciding a winner later, so choose a card that you can do something exciting with.

— Any artistic medium is permissible, except digital.

— All other alterations are completely at the discretion of the alterer.

— This contest will close on March 1st, 2011. Good luck, everybody!

Just did this tonight! I'll try to get a better scan at some point.

It's tough to say.

It really is my intention to close this thread and open the new contest on tuesday. But, will that really happen? I've been late for several contests in a row now, due to personal issues and having trouble coming up with themes. So, I'm not sure. I'll accept entries past deadline if I'm late, though.

@Pichoro: Are you ok? if you haven't time for posting the poll, I can search for time between today and tomorrow night. (I'm at iguazu falls for vacations and I'm spending almost the time in resting and tours. Also, the wi-fi at the hostel isn't working very well, but I think I can make a little time for posting the poll if you want.)

This will be an interesting month, there are some entries that are really nice!
