This can be run either 1v1 or multiplayer, but it really shines in 1v1. Multiplayer, left unchecked, it can be just as threatening, though. It's meant to be an all-in type of deck, so over extenstion is always a risk. However, with the utility creatures & draw spells, it usually has enough gas to keep going, even after a sweeper. The one weakness I know I have is flying, as dumb as it sounds. I have Elvish Skysweeper, Gravity Well, Jagged-Scar Archers, Squall Line & Lys Alana Bowmaster, but I feel like I don't have enough coverage. Any thoughts/input is greatly appreciated.
While I definitely see the benefit of Crop Rotation, I think I have enough card draw & card advantage to not need it. I'm more concerned about the following:
Lightning Greaves for haste to anything you play out there. Really great with elves that tap for mana. It also gives protection to Omnath if needed.
Eldrazi Monument will make your guys indestructable and other stuff. With elves it should be easy to pay the upkeep. Another notable card that should be in is Akroma's Memorial for all kinds of abilities to your dudes.
Genesis seems like a semi-obvious choice to deal with getting stuff back after wipes...double bonus since you are running fauna shaman making him easy to nab and get into the yard. There are also a handful of other green yard recursion cards (one of the big bonuses of green) like Regrowth that wont get you everything back, but can really help get you back key pieces or answers that you need again.
Crop rotation not only for that one land, but for whatever other land you might need (crop rotating a forest into a gaea's cradle can be pretty silly) would also be nice if you run a strip mine and maybe wasteland to kill off key lands on the opposing sides. That might all be a bit too spike for some people tho I guess (I know some of the people I play with hate it when I drop sundering titan, reap and sow and crop rotation on the same turn...but hey....seems good to me, lol) I dunno, CR is one of the better green spells out there and should have a pretty good shot at making just about any green list.
Hurricane vs flying? I think there are actually a handful of cards with a similar effect if you really need to deal with flying critters, wont kill your own guys unlike disk and all is dust too which is cool and im sure you can make more than enough mana to kill every flying creature in the format.
on another note, have you considered throwing in Sylvan Library, Mirri's Guile and Sensei's Divining Top? I know you have lots of great synergy already, but those 3 cards are really amazing at getting through bad stretches or just gaining you both CA and quality in any situation. It seems like cutting your worst 3 elves for those 3 wouldnt be a terrible thing to do. Just a thought.
I definitely like SDT & Mirri's Guile. I think I'll look into those as soon as I can get my hands on them. SDT should probably be in every EDH deck, Idk why I didn't put it in yet. Genesis is definitely great card advantage, as well.
I think I posted this very opposed to change, even though that was the whole reason to post it. I'll be more receptive from now on. Thank you for the feedback so far - more is welcome, too!
I haven't had a chance to test, but any other suggestions? I have ordered Mirri's Guile & Genesis
Mirri's Guile is all right. Personally I never really liked Genesis and always wanted to take it out. However the EDH decks that I play against are usually not the top tier decks, ie. Zur, Sharuum, or Azami.
Also Gilt-Leaf Archdruid was one card that was really underwhelming. I don't think I ever drew even 1 card off of it and definitely didn't have 7 Shamans in play (without winning way before that).

Tolsimir Wolfblood G/W
Sweepers (DoJ, ***, Damnation, etc.)
Flying
Recursion
Caller of the Claw is pretty good or wrath effects
Winding Canyons as has already been said, but Vedalken Orrery does the same thing.
Sylvan Scrying and Reap and Sow can search your deck for any land card.

I'm thinking
-1 x Elvish Lyrist
-1 x Essence Warden
-1 x Instill Energy
-1 x Joraga Warcaller (I never play this card - usually gets dumped for Fauna Shaman tutoring)
+1 Crop Rotation
+1 Genesis
+1 SDT
+1 Mirri's Guile
