The main way the deck wins is throwing out more planeswalkers than the table can deal with. Most planeswalkers, when coming in with double the normal counters, have their ultimates ready to fire off as soon as they hit play. For instance, Sarkhan Vol makes ten dragons as soon as you play him.
Combos/synergies:
Prismatic Omen + Last Stand: Huge life swing, tons of chumps, and you get to practically sculpt your hand. Particularly potent if you draw Praetor's Counsel in that mess of cards.
Sarkhan the Mad is pretty powerful when you have a lot of ways to put counters back on him.
Rings of Brighthearth: Copy planeswalker abilities, double proliferate off a Clasp (or quad proliferate off an Engine!!!), copy fetchlands...so many applications.
Meishin, the Mind Cage is AMAZING. Absolutely stops creatures cold, and you have so much CA/draw that you'll always have a full hand.
Any other suggestions on how to abuse counters in here? Thought about throwing Ichor Rats in here to kill everyone with poison. Seems like a lulzy way to win.
Definitely consider adding Avenger of Zendikar, he is super bonkers even without doubling season. Another good one that takes a little work to get online but has been an all star for me is Dune-Brood Nephilim. You also might want to consider adding a couple slots to abuse tokens once they are in play. Things like Goblin Bombardment, or Glare of Subdual / Opposition.
