I personally feel that a normal cube has plenty of combos and synergies if you play with it enough to find them and draft them. I do hope you build a cube that would be the mystical unseen "combo cube" that many have tried to build.

I feel like the enemy of combos in cube is size. By keeping it really small and always drafting with all the cards I hope to eliminate that. I can say off the bat that this cube will see more combo/synergy focused decks then my normal cube where you'll have some synergies or small combos but it won't be the focus of your deck.
I'm running Recurring Nightmare
As far as tutors right now they stand at:
Enlightened Tutor, Stoneforge Mystic (doesn't really count), Mystical Tutor, Trinket Mage, Tezzeret the Seeker, Entomb, Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Fauna Shaman, Survival of the Fittest, Natural Order, Pattern of Rebirth (not sure if these two count), Tooth and Nail, Green Sun's Zenith
I don't think Worldly Tutor is worth it, Imperial Seal will go in if I decide to add Portal cards, Fabricate doesn't seem like the worst but doesn't seem good, I'm pretty sure Muddle the Mixture will go in. Personal Tutor seems worse then Ponder type cards. Idylic Tutor is too expensive and narrow. Academy Rector could go in but there are not a lot of ways to kill it/only one really good enchantment.
If there are good tutors not on the above lists let me know as I am looking for more.
Thanks for the list, the cube is already in a rough draft state that you can see here. A number of the cards are already in it. My comments are below.
Fastbond - In Mind Over Matter - Considered but seems hard to make it work and don't need a six mana way to untap Time Vault Dream Halls - Considered but hard to make this work, just seems worse then other options. Bazaar of Baghdad - A bit too narrow. If this tapped for colorless it'd be in for sure but I don't think reanimator wants to miss a land drop to get something in the bin. Mishra's Workshop - If I expand the artifact section I'd probably include this and some other parts of the MUD deck Goblin Welder - In. Oath of Druids - Thought about it but conflicts with the rest of green so much. Considering making a G/W enchantress archetype in which case I'd consider it as i'd be removing a lot of creatures from green. Merchant Scroll - Too narrow, Ancestral is clearly insane but I don't want to put in a tutor for one card. Prefer Muddle the Mixture which gets 1/2 of a ton of combos. Painter's Servant - In Iona, Shield of Emeria - Not in but that might change. White decks are probably never casting this so I don't really want to use a slot in white for a card that white decks are not going to run. I might break up the cube sections further and just have a fat section as so many cards in the cube play well with giant monsters. Voltaic Key - In Entomb - In Worldgorger Dragon - Very, very challenging to make work. Draws R fun! Tendrils of Agony - Very hard to make work. Dark Ritual - In Lion's Eye Diamond - Only good with Demonic Tutor and Auriok Salvagers Burning Wish - How do wishes work? Channel - Ohh this is interesting as this cube has a number of huge colorless monsters. Might try it. Windfall - Time Twister is just better Time Vault - In Necropotence - Not in, going to change that, now I need a cut. Mind's Desire - Storm seems too challenging to work out though this is the card that would make it work. Ad Nauseam - Needs Angel's Grace and would be hard to assemble/couldn't storm kill. Intuition - Don't think this is a reliable enough tutor. Crop Rotation - If Cradle or Sanctum get added this might make it in. At the moment not worth it.
Well, if the entire cube is drafted every time, then Storm seems viable to me since someone will end up with Tendrils/Desire. Also things like Lion's Eye Diamond and Ad Nauseam will probably wheel since they aren't that amazing without some kind of Storm enabler. The same reason Time Vault will be good, because you will see all the cards, so the combo will appear, somewhere.
Also, Windfall is still really good, as you can dump your hand and still draw 7.

My apologies, children, for I am afraid I cannot save you all.

You might be right the problem with storm is it is the opposite of a 2 card combo, it's a 5-6 card combo. You need a deck full of rituals and artifact mana (that other decks will want) as well as tutors (which other decks will really want) to find your 2-3 relevant spells. To support this deck I'd have to add 10-15 spells to this very small cube and I don't think it would be superior to the other options. I should add that there are very few good rituals.
Ad Nauseaum isn't worth it even if I support storm. The deck is only going to have a few 0cmc spells. Your drafted storm deck isn't going to look like your legacy storm deck, it is going to be a clunker.
Ditto for LED, there just are not enough ways to consistently abuse it. I'm not about to run Internal Tutor or Burning Wish in cube.
Windfall is fine but first off you're not going off turn one so you won't be drawing seven. Secondly the combo decks currently in my cube don't want it. It would probably go in with a storm package but I don't see a need for it now.
I might try storm after the cube is up and running but for now I just don't see it working.
Huge changes to the list. Finishing it up before first draft on Thursday. Again the list is on GoogleDocs and I've posted an update to my blog talking about the changes.
I'm not sure if this Cube is still active, but I don't know that White blows in a Combo Cube at all if you play Staying Power. Abeyance, Angel's Grace and Orim's Chant are all instant wins with it basically
Also, Look At Me I'm R&D means that any card that deals damage is a OHKO. Change 3 to 10^40 and dome them with a supernova Lightning Bolt. And it would work with creatures (trillion power, mana elves) and Planeswalkers!!
The cube itself is on the Googles here.
Here are some of my goals/thought process. I'd love for any and all comments on this and I'm really looking forward to building it.
My secondary "cube".
Really out of date cube thread with pictures.
Recurring Nightmare is a must, and of course all the tutors you can find.

Chain of Vapor - This isn't Vintage, we can play two mana bounce spells.
Null Rod - I'd rather have artifact destruction.
Trinisphere - Hard to make non-symmetrical.
Sphere of Resistance - Would come in if I worked on a MUD archetype
Thorn of Amethyst - Ditto
Red Elemental Blast - Considered, will bring in if blue is too dominant/red too weak.
Nature's Claim - In
Tormod's Crypt - Prefer the cantrips.
Chalice of the Void - As you can't plan on drawing it building around it seems very bad. Also some decks don't care about it at 0,1, or 2. Can't know how to set it up.

Oh, you only get +/- 1? Ah, that is much less good.
