Let's give you a whirl, as your pieces look good. Zaph has a different sig request of mine, but this one is for a deck I'm building. (Different sig request, to my understanding there is no rule against it.)

Size: The same as #6 on your list, the black robot one.

Be creative with it! I find that the more "his own" a piece is, the better an artist does when crafting it.

My only requirement is I don't enjoy doing multiple focal sigs, they just seem kinda fugly to me. Would solo Ulamog work for you?

Also, if you can get me a hi-res pic of him, that'd be waffles.
