Whilst she has met mixed reception, I personally think she's rather funky, and as she is someone who specialises in pain and suffering, I have aimed to make the deck around her equally so. This is just a work in progress, though I plan to tweak this over the next few months.
Combos Currently in the Deck
Izzet Guildmage, Lava Spike, Desperate Ritual - Deals an "Infinite" amount of damage.
Hive Mind and Pacts - hopefully instalose scenarios
Hive Mind, Final Fortune/Last Chance, Chronatog/Chronatog Totem - Everyone is giving a one turn clock under which they MUST win the match or they will lose the match. Except you, who has skipped this extra turn using Chronatog or its totem.
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Pestermite - "Infinite" Creatures.
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, Knowledge Pool-Noone can play a spell ever.
Palinchron, Mana Flare/Extraplanar Lens/High Tide -Infinite Mana

EDH, on the other hand, is more like a monster truck rally. It's more about the spectacle than the race, the games go long, and it's not usually clear who's in the lead until there's only one truck left.*
Single player EDH is like two guys smacking each other with pillows... until one of them pulls out a shotgun.
@Oceanos She's one of the Legends to be spoiled in one of the Commander Decks, I deliberately left no information about her so noone can complain about spoilers as its just a name (although if you search the boards, the card information is out there).
@gleng-Crud! For some reason I thought the card said black, not the mana symbol. First change to the deck already I guess...

Yeah, its a fun deck that can do bad things. I've decided against Niv because if I put Niv in, I may as well put in Curiosity and Ophidian Eye, and if I put them in, I may as well just make him the General, which I think would change the deck. However I do think it does need a little more focus somewhere, definitely finding a space for the maniac somwhere.

I'm brewing one of these myself. It'll be posted here soon in its untested state. Two creatures you'd love to have would be Soramaro, First to Dream and Aeon Chronicler. You know that you can hit the */* guys with Nin's ability and they will get buffed before SBAs are checked, keeping them alive no matter how hard you hit them. You can cut any number of the small, crappy creatures in here for them.
I am LOVING this general. I am just finishing a rough deck with her. I am not using any insta-win combos as I hate those. I am running things like Doll, Chronicler, Phycosis Crawler, Almost every no limit hand size card there is, pretty much lots and lots of things to get a huge hand. Then I use really good spellshapers and hand size matters creatures to win. Love the deck
Actually no, the wording is very specific-you have to win on the extra turn that you get as a result of Final Fortune or Last Chance, so skipping the turn actually works. However it should only be cast with Hive Mind in play anyway.
