Ok here goes. This can be done in a few different ways depending on what you want to run. I will do a few examples as there isnt one way that it has to be done.
Usually it is easiest to set this up using Survival of the Fittest. It is possible to set it up otherwise but it would be a bit tricky. So keep that in mind if you dont want to run survival and some support to get survival out it might not be worth doing.
So I am going to explain this combo through means of you use Survival of the Fittest to execute it. Start it out by activating survival to draw into all of the creatures on the list. You will only need Reveillark in hand, the rest can be in the graveyard so you only need one creature to set it up. Just keep cycling the creatures until lark is in hand and the rest in your yard.
NOTE: If you dont plan on getting Survival of the Fittest for your deck this combo is extremely unlikely to work. I wouldn't try adding it unless you also get survival.
3) Activate Mirror Entity at 0 mana to kill everything but retain priority, you will put some large number of activations like say 100 activations of the entity at 0 on the stack. We will use this as our sac outlet to power the combo. Allow the first activation to clear and kill your guys.
7) allow the second activation of the entity to kill your guys.
8) Lark rezes off of saffi. Lark's ability rezes Saffi and the Guide. At this point guide can begin rezing other creatures. Use the guide to rez Acidic Slime / Archon of Justice and start blowing out your opponents resources. You have the game from here as this is a one sided blowout. If you use the Archon you can blow up creatures / plainswalkers as well.
The other way to do it involves using Body Double copying Reveillark as body double can rez itself when it is the lark and it simplifies the combo a bit. However it is not needed in the combo.
Ok I also have some suggestions for you. If this deck is going to be budget then let me know otherwise there are some cards I would personally cut.
CREATURES Plated Slagwurm Angelic Arbiter Kalonian Behemoth (I feel like these 3 are just big fatty creatures with no abilities on them. I would suggest you change these to Avenger of Zendikar, Woodfall Primus, and perhaps Rampaging Baloths as they can spit into multiple threats fast and easily. I run 9 fetchlands in mine so the Baloths can immediately split into 14 power worth of creature for 6 mana. Avenger is such a good wincon especially if you have counterspell backup. Grazing Kelpie this is sort of bad graveyard hate. I think you might be better off using Stonecloaker or Night Soil instead. Nacatl War-Pride this guy is mainly used to clear out ground blockers. I have never been overly impressed by him. Personally I think you might be better off with Duplicant.
SPELLS Traumatic Visions This is just a bad counterspell. Sure it has utility that you can throw it away to but I would either run land ramp or run a counterspell. I think you are missing out on Draining Whelk which is an amazing counter that you could use for another beater as well. Soul's Majesty You dont run a very high creature curve currently. I might consider swapping this out for some blue card draw. Instant speed would be ideal perhaps Blue Sun's Zenith or Stroke of Genius Recollect this really should be Eternal Witness Sylvan Scrying I have never been that impressed by this land fetch. Is there a land you feel you need every game??? If so I personally think Primeval Titan or Knight of the Reliquary would be better in this spot. Day of Judgment day is suchhhhh a bad wrath in EDH. You don't have Austere Command yet which is great in EDH for the diversity of it. Otherwise it should be one of the following if you don't like the command: Hallowed Burial(tucks generals), Route(instant speed option), Final Judgment (great against recursion / indestructable) Oblivion Ring oblivion ring is great as it is very versatile, however if you see a lot of mass board wipes that hit artifacts/enchantments it can be bad. I like running Oblation in its spot as oblation deals with anything and can tuck generals which is always cool. It gives your opponents a little perk as well as sort of a sorry but no. I have found this hilarious against bribery as well because if they target you you get to draw 2 and eliminate their bribery. Very win.

VampiresBIs this a budget list? Otherwise you need Primeval Titan and Consecrated Sphinx.

ARTIFACTS
Conjurer's Bauble I just dont see much utility behind this card. Swap it out for any number of other things. You dont have much for tutors so you could do a Tooth and Nail
Khalni Gem
Spine of Ish Sah I know this is a single target hate anything card but it is just bad. If you need creature removal add Swords to Plowshares / Path to Exile. If you need more artifact / enchant removal perhaps consider Trygon Predator / Qasali Pridemage / Krosan Grip / Wickerbough Elder
