MTG Salvation

I've been trying for a while to find an appropriate general to wield the awesome might of Hive Mind, Shared Fate, Eye of the Storm, Cast Through Time, and everyone's new best friend Knowledge Pool as well as their red counterparts Confusion in the Ranks, Grand Melee, and Grip of Chaos. I wanted to get these effects consistently, but Red-Blue offered little in the way of finding them except drawing cards off of Niv-Mizzet. I toyed around with the idea of dipping into black just for tutors, but couldn't find any general in those colors that I liked. Then one day, inspiration struck: Richard Garfield Ph.D. makes it rather easy to 'find' these crazy enchantments. I brewed up a rough list, but soon found that gaining board advantage before turning every card in my hand into a counterspell wasn't much fun, and I knew combo kills would not be, so this deck is played without the ability to infinite combo, counter, or redirect (Controvert and Comandeer are never cast as themselves, but are in for unique ability and mana cost respectively). In addition to the enchantments, I thought it would be interesting to play my opponents cards using Mycosynth Lattice and Ornate Kanzashi etc. or to play the same card as multiple different ones (hence the bounce suite).
I'd love to hear any ideas for fun things to do with Richard, suggestions for how to power the deck down (even with me counterless, it is difficult for opponents to beat 2-3 Gauntlets of Power every game, and the ability to play lands as others is also quite a beating), or just suggestions to add or cut individual cards.
