Basically the idea is to control the board in the early game, then drop Ghost Council and a bunch of tokens, then see what happens from there. All the blink effects are there to make my guys hard to kill - the dream one day is to Ghostway my team, then Wrath on my turn and get all my guys back (with all their tasty tasty EtB triggers) EOT.
I think you'll find that, even moreso than Emeria, Cabal Coffers needs a lot more of it's target land cards in the deck to be effective. The Coffers will end up sitting on the board not producing any mana at all most of the time. Emeria can at least produce mana anytime, Coffers is just a dead card until it's online.

Heya
You'd be right in general but our playgroup is in LOVE with Urborg. I'm literally not kidding when I say that 6 out of 7 times I haven't had to find my Urborg because there's one in play already.
I have to say, your lists about Ghost Council were a starting point for me (I've posted what eventually turned out to be this list before) and so far this one is doing pretty good, but there is definitely room for improvement (Archon of Justice, where are youuuuuuuu )
Don't know if I mentioned it, but I really like the idea of your "deckbuilding challenge". I've done it in workstation, and been very tempted to do it in cardboard, but time and money challenges are a bit much to overcome I'm afraid.
You might consider High Market and Phyrexian Tower as additional sac outlets. They both have been amazing for me to prevent theft/exile/tuck, and Tower adding an additional mana off some sac fodder, while admittedly small, has at times made a huge difference.
Yeah took a while. I ended up just buying 3 - for this deck, Isperia (which I'm building now), and probably Razia (although I haven't built Razia yet)

It keeps things interesting I have 12 of the 27 (Edit: 29, now that I think about it. I'm going to build 2 5-colour (Scion/Dragon Stompy and Child/88 Lands, and probably two mono-white - Kitsune Mystic/Enchantments and Konda/"Why won't it die???") built as of now (not all of them on here yet) and they've all been different enough that they haven't stolen too many cards off each other. Having said that....
I only have one High Market and it's in Savra. I don't have any towers, but was looking at buying some for this and Savra as well. They're pricy(ish) but I could probably splash out for them.
