Karador provides one of the strongest recursion engines ever printed. Considering that recursion is one of the strongest forms of card advantage in any multiplayer format and even more so in a highlander format Karador provides a uniquely resilient deck that can weather many of the storms that crush more fragile decks in multiplayer games.
His ability which overcomes the increasing cost of replaying him as the game goes on and his ability to get back creatures over and over again allows the deck to keep trucking long after every other deck has run out of steam.
Comments Suggestions Questions?... I have a bit of a budget so I'm aware that the manabase isn't quite as perfect as it could be but I's love to hear suggestions anyway.
I like your list. Similar to mine, but not really.
Karador has been a very good general to me but forget that.
you want suggestions so here are mine:).
As for some lands, Svogthos, the Restless Tomb can straight up wreck someone after a wrath effect. A very powerful manland for this deck.
Mosswort Bridge. Lets face it, your gonna have ten power on the board, and casting an instant speed Sun Titan or Debtor's Knell for 2 mana is nothing to scoff at.
Along with that i'd also suggest Knight of the Reliquary and Primeval Titan. Both can tutor Mosswort or Svogthos, and kotr is so easily recurrable with this deck I am sure you'll have a hard time finding a reason not to include her. Mosswort is also amazing with Rav bounce lands.
Horizon Canopy is also fairly powerful with Lftl and further complements your cycle lands.(I see you've included all the on color ones).
Life's Finale is okay, but there's better options as far as generic mass removal goes. Novablast Wurm is just funnier, although I admit it's a bit janky. Also, you can't target your own library with Life's Finale.

I'm aware you can't target your own library and that there are better options, but you can still reanimate from enemie's gy.
Also the OP said he has a budget. Life's Finale seems like a decent choice in that regard.

True, but the only way the OP has in his original decklist to reanimate creatures from an opponent's graveyard is Debtor's Knell.
Also, there are plenty of good board wipes to be had even on a budget (prices from Starcity):
Planar Cleansing - $0.50
Austere Command - $2.00 (Arguably the most versatile board wipe spells around.)
Akroma's Vengeance - $1.50
Kirtar's Wrath - $2.00 (This one has Threshold, so it really makes sense in a graveyard themed deck.)
March of Souls - $0.75
Martial Coup - $3.00
Mass Calcify - $1.00
Phyrexian Rebirth - $0.75
Sunscour - $1.00

Just some things to consider.
Cube 360 cards, unpowered.
Modern:
URStormUR
Block
RWHumansRW
URGStalkerURG
Some cards that I think would fit:
Also, more wrath effects. Maybe a Novablast Wurm.
GGG [Primer] Omnath, Big Green Beatstick Machine GGG
Perhaps a Life's Finale?
