There you go. Useing the decktags just makes it a lot nicer to read. Try it out next time.
As for advice: Pact of Negation I used to use this but after a while I found that I usually had it in hand ready to roll when I had open mana. This can sort of suck because you have to tap down a bunch of mana during your mainphase whereas you probably have mana if it were just a normal counter during someone else's turn. Keep an eye on this one as you might just want to use a 2-3 mana counterspell instead.
Ertai, Wizard Adept its like he has a huge bulls eye on his face saying kill me. Sure he is a counterspell on a stick that you just pay mana to counter but god I dont know how long I have ever goten him to actually stick to the board. Everyone throws their removal at him until he dies or just all out attacks you until you die. I guess if you have had luck keep him but it never works out for me.
Control Magic -> Thalakos Deceiver I sort of like the deceiver because he can be cast at the end of your opponents turn. He slides in for a creature steal and doesnt leave an enchantment behind to be undone later. Sort of a nifty cool teferi creature.
Sculpting Steel -> Phyrexian Metamorph This is just outright an upgrade. The steel can only hit artifacts whereas the metamorph can hit artifacts or creatures. Plus it is a creature so you can cast it at instant speed when Teferi is in play. Outright upgrade in every way. You can even cast it out for 3 mana and 2 life if you want.
Frost Titan ehhh he isnt that impressive in EDH. I think you might get some better results from Chancellor of the Spires. They are similarly sized and similar mana cost. The chancellor can cast you spells for free when he comes in which is wayyy cool because you can copy off someone's tooth and nail or something using him. If there is a copy creature instant / sorcery in the bin you can create an infinite token army of him at the end of your opponents turn. Very versatile creature for blue.
You might be 1-2 creatures too heavy on the really big targets as well. I would consider cutting a few of them. Too many big guys can really bog your hand up in the early turns.
Consider running Aura Thief as well. I have had some fun with him in the past. You can flash him in as someone attacks you using teferi's flash and drop him in blocking. He dies and you steal all the enchantments. It isnt perfect for every situation but stealing all enchantments for a few mana sounds like fun.
OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH I almost missed it. You dont have Vedalken Shackles on your list. Get them on there asap. They are sooooooo gooood.

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
yeah I agree with Phyrexian Metamorph I dont have one and am just waiting until next weekends release to get the promo
I'm going to switch in that Thalakos Deceiver due to what you said plus the fact that it works with Azami, Lady of Scrolls
...I gave the Vedalken Shackles to my buddy so I'll have to grab some.
As for the others, they work decent enough in my play group, most people are playing some sort of blue.
EDIT: I added all the cards above in this post and it does work better.
