I have been thinking about this deck for about a month now and i finally decided i would try to make it happen. I did not get sol ring because it is not in my budget at this time. If anyone can offer and advice to make it better i would appreciate it greatly.
If you want a controllable source of recursion-damage, I'd suggest ditching the Perilous Myr and going with Moonglove Extract

Trying to give you budget options as you mentioned something about the cost of Sol Ring, so...
Give yourself a sac outlet and abuse the recursion given by Glissa, something like Krark-Clan Ironworks and toss in some ETB artifacts to abuse. (No suggestions, but a thought I had when designing my own Glissa Voltron deck) Ashnod's Altar works for artifact creatures.
Equipment with double strike will help quite a bit as well, Fireshrieker and Grappling Hook will double the amount of recursion you receive.
Shared memory is rather weak, not sure exactly what you're using it for, but if its just targeted graveyard removal, Leyline of the void, Tormod's Crypt, and Nihil Spellbomb are all better choices. (The last two even better for the card draw)
Krosan Grip instead of naturalize, or both Grip is that good (and relatively cheap)
Desert Twister is a cheap (money wise), effective removal, Maelstrom Pulse is rather cheap (aprox $7) Tornado can be really sick with some sort of High mana/Inf mana combo. Rootgrapple is another cheap option.
Another fun combo card (you may need to reorganize your entire deck to support it though, heh) Chain of Acid No matter what they destroy, you can get it back with Glissa. That gives me an idea...
Ok now I'm just going off randomly, but you do need some permanent destruction in there to deal with all the nasty things people can drop into play. One of the keys to 1v1 EDH is spot removal, regardless of what type of card it is. Dropping in Targeted hand removal would also be good (Duress, IoK, etc) Taking their answers/bombs out before they can even play them is really useuful.
I feel like Sol Rings should now be in everyone's budgets with the release of the COmmander Precons; buy the g/b/w one and you might find some card in there of great use, like Skullbriar, and Lightning Greaves. Also, More cowbell. Ever think about the green shrine since you have a couple of mana sinks in there?
