I see you picked a lot of the same card choices I did. I like a lot of you choices, especially the huge card draw stuff like Greater Good that I forgot about.
You have over a hundred cards at the moment, so you'll need to trim that down a bit.
If you're running Mephidross Vampire, you should probably run Triskelion, since that's an infinite combo right there (Triskellion also works well with all the +1/+1 counters). Pernicious Deed is also a great card, since you can do it at the end of the turn before yours to get a free attack with the Skullbriar. Shizo, Death's Storehouse can give Skullbriar evasion when he gets huge and everybody has blockers.
you rock, i forgot a handful of those cards, and yeah i did get the memo on the sac outlets but thanks for the reminder. As for the vampire he doesnt go infi with triskelion but he does kill all other creatures forever

Got em workin for ya! You just have to put a number in front of each card. Just quote my post and copy/paste your list if you want. And yes, as you probably guessed, I'm bored :D.
Anyways, if I count correctly, you're running like 45 land? That's excessive in all but something like Azusa, Lost but Seeking I'd trim it down to around 38, and you shouldn't have a problem, especially with all the ramp.
Removing those land would give you room for a couple cards I think should try to get in here, Contagion Clasp and it's big brother, Contagion Engine. Obviously they'll get your general bigger, quicker, but they can even make that tainted Strike that didn't QUITE get there into lethal if you so choose.
But honestly you've fit in some great synergistic cards for Mr. Grave, and I wish you luck with the deck. Mainly I just wanted to get those tags working.
also i got a proxy list and piloted it tonight and it is AWESOME like seriously the most fun i've had playing edh ever. being able to run him out get him big, damnation and then just replay him to swing is just one of the cool things he can do. he gets nuts fast.

Miren, the Moaning Well, High Market, and Phyrexian Tower allow you to sacrifice the Skullbriar in response to bounce, tuck, or -1/-1 effects that would kill him permanently.

Safe Haven is decent too, especially if you have a bunch of creatures with ETB effects.
I'm working right now tuning my deck list, does anyone like the following:
Forcemage Advocate-you can make allies out of other players while stomping one.
Aceticism/Champion's Helm-so important to stop Condemn and such. Other mentions: Canopy Cover, Strength of Lunacy, Vines of the Vastwood and of course, the swords.
Mighty Emergence-is this a win more card, or did it just find it's correct home?
