I've had my Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief deck for quite some time now, but I wasn't completely satisfied with it, or any of my current decks, for that matter. I felt that they and their generals didn't encompass what I wanted to do as a player. Then, Sheoldred, Whispering One and the other Praetors were spoiled and I knew what I had to do. I took apart all of my decks and decided that I would build completely new ones. Sheoldred is the first of these decks.
The game plan behind this deck is focused around sacrifice and reanimation.
5/28/2011 Mindcrank -> Karn Liberated
Extractor Demon is easier for me to recur and seems to get far more triggers than Mindcrank. Karn covers for a distinct weakness to Artifacts and Enchantments.
Have you considered adding more equipment? I would recommend: Whispersilk Cloak as a second Lightning Greaves - big generals will often and quickly if unprotected. Strata Scythe is also a good way to profit in a mono coloured deck.
Your land count seems rather high when you run 6 mana producers or doublers, you could easily cut one or two and not miss a land drop too often.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
You are also completely lacking in ways to deal with problem artifacts/enchantments (mono-black much?) so you should probably add a Nevinyrral's Disk or Oblivion Stone.
Ulamog the Infinite Gyre might be another way to nuke problem permanents, plus he is an awesome late game fattie.
You might also consider Praetor's Grasp as at its very worst you at least get to thumb through your opponents deck and grab a Ring or Top.

Thanks. =] I've actually considered both of them, but could not find anything to cut for the cards. I'd love to hear suggestions if you have any, though. As for the lands...I'm unsure. My Average CMC seems to be around 3.5-3.7 somewhere. I'm a stickler for never missing land drops early in the game and have found 40 to be a solid spot.

I considered the Artisan before, but since it needs to be cast from my hand in order to get the full benefit out of it, I don't see it as worth it. Generally I'll be returning the cards directly to the battlefield.
Yeahhh, I realized that second problem. I just added a Karn Liberated that I opened today to the deck and am also considering O-Stone. Ulamog would be decent too, though him going to the graveyard would really screw with my reanimation triggers.
I still don't understand the appeal of Praetor's Grasp. It's well and good to search out a top or a sol ring, but why would I sift through an opponent's deck for that when I could just tutor in my own deck? It's a conditional tutor that fully relies upon the imperfect information of what may or may not be in your opponents' libraries.
Terrain Generator is also pretty good for any non-green deck running lots of basics.
I would cut Elixir of Immortality and just run the Eldrazi titans plus Artisan. At first glance they seem bad for a graveyard deck but when you're out of gas, pitching them can win you the game. Annihilator is also mean as hell.
Braids, Cabal Minion makes you a major target but even if she only sticks one round she's way worth running, especially with token generators like Bitterblossom and Grave Titan.
You really need Demonic Collusion in here too, I can't tell you how freaking amazing this card is in a reanimator deck.
Why Praetor's Grasp is good: Oh hey, is that your Akroma's Memorial over there that gives your dudes haste, flying, trample and Protection: Me? Hmm... might want to get rid of that... oh hey I have seven mana, I'll play it, eat hasty flying tramply eldrazi!
or they have Caged Sun. or Gauntlet of Power. or Extraplanar Lens or just Sol Ring. Whatever you steal, you take from them, they don't have it, you do. Even if they waste resources getting it back, you still have yours in the deck!
I will also suggest Batterskull to counteract any life loss effects you run, plus it's evasive and hard to kill, trust me I know.
Maybe Mind's Eye in favour of Mind Stone? I know the Eye doesnt give you mana but itll net you cards and in a MP EDH game and that will = land. SO too will Sensei's which you're already running.

A couple of suggesstions;
Victimize
Phyrexian Reclamation
Hell's Caretaker
Buried Alive
Magus of the Coffers- combos well with Nirkana
Entomb
Phyrexian Obliterator(if you can get one)
Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed
Also like to maybe see
Necropotence some more card drawing
Also gotta have a Volrath's Stronghold imho, a must in these kind of recursion decks, along with Phyrexian Reclamation (above)
But this has given me some ideas to tweak my deck (I hope you dont mind)
Sol Ring
Grim Monolith
Extraplanar Lens
Thran Dynamo
Gilded Lotus
Gauntlet of Power
Caged Sun
Mind Stone and Dreamstone Hedron are nice too, and they get you cards if you start to stall out. Darksteel Ingot beats coldsteel heart every time.
Deserted Temple to untap your coffers and Vesuva to copy your coffers are both pretty awesome, temple even creates infinite mana with coffers and Rings of Brighthearth
Terrain Generator is also pretty good for any non-green deck running lots of basics.

Speaking of bitterblossom, Contamination is evil.

If you're going to run all the crappy recursion creatures like Reassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast, there is no excuse for not running Skullclamp.
Good advice but the decks already running Sol Ring, Caged Sun and Gauntlet of Power.
