So I saw this guy and damn, I just gotta make me a deck with my legendary Minotaur Monk. And, the shenanigans with Donate.dek are powerful, and fun. And as an added bonus, I get to play my favorite equipment in the game, Sunforger! Score!

When EDH comes into play, the game is a draw. Each player reveals his or her library to all other players, discusses how cool their deck is, and has a good laugh. Isn’t this a better version of Magic than playing “net decks”?
Due to the token ownership rules as of M10, the owner of a token is the person whose control it enters the battlefield under. So when Forbidden Orchard is activated, it gives them a dude, and they are the owner of the dude. Therefore Zedruu won't draw me the cards from them.
I thought about it, but all he does is get me some damage. I won't even be able to draw any cards off of it. Yes I can recur it, but that isn't the point. It just isn't doing enough. The primary donate targets I do have, will win me the game in short order; Thought Lash, and Illusions of Grandeur.
Can't believe I missed the bonkersness of Ricochet, and I feel it needs a little more hard draw. C-Dawn is cute, but a bit niche, and as for Thunder, I feel I have plenty of artifact removal anyway.
Also it couldn't hurt to play Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, it's good enough without Pestermite or Deceiver Exarch in this build to warrant some inclusion. Considering most of your creatures have CIP effects.

Ahh yes, Puca's Mischief. Forgot about that one. It should be in here, I agree. Any advice on what to cut for it though? As for Kiki-jiki, is the RRR straining the manabase too much? I mean, he's good(obv) for the most part, red is the splash colour, with a heavier focus on uw. He's good, but can I reasonably support him? Is it worth it with just 16 creatures?
Foreword:To be honest I'm a huge fan of Zedruu and he's definitely going to be my general. Your list is the shell of what I want a Zedruu deck to be so my recommendations are going to be somewhat based around what I'm going to include.
Master Warcraft is a house, Reiterate you can pay buyback for which is sweet. Sometimes you can Mirrorweave an insane beater or a small token to win or save the game. While offering to asha is conditional, into the core requires two artifacts to even cast and hindering light has the same problem as offering.
Tuck Effects are totally fine, I'm a little on the fence with spell crumple however another Hinder is totally cool with me. It looks like your opponents generals need backup from counters or some greaved up protection with all your general hate.
Equipment is also pretty much fine, I'd consider Whispersilk Cloak over the new equipment if only to protect any creature you have and not just legendary ones.
Planeswalkers are in massive abundance, Ajani Vengeant and Elspeth, Knight Errant are the only ones I see as unimpressive in this deck build. I suppose with Knight Errant you can make tokens and donate them for some unimposing card draw however I would recommend those slots turn into more creatures or stall cards like Gideon Jura or possibly even Lightmine Field. Though not changing them is still totally fine too.
I love Puca's Mischief it's great for the deck and does wonderfully wacky things. If you want to go all out combo here I recommend adding things like Hive Mind which you could instantly win with a Sunforged out Pact of the Titan against non-red decks. Though that's something I plan on doing you might not be a fan of the instant wins. (I'll also be playing Splinter Twin just for extra rudeness).
Creatures
Now this seems to be the most exchangable slot. Especially because some of these you want to exchange around and get back with Homeward Path for super silly things, a what's yours is mine and what's mine is still mine.
Though Sunblast is an exceptionally good card in EDH I've found that players don't typically like to turn their guys sideways unless they go for the kill, at least later in the game when multiple people are threatening. So it's effect doesn't work so much. With Adarkar it's more of a conditionally met creature control effect. I would recommend having your opponents do your work for you and this is where Chromeshell Crab does wonders. Though if you play with the same playgroup theyll know it's the crab so you may want to add in things like Quicksilver Dragon or Fortune Thief if you go that route. Also Frost Titan seems underwhelming as far as the titans go in edh.
I'll also be playing with the Kiki-Jiki combos which I only really ever drop if the game has gone on for too long or someone else is overtly degenerate.
Note: Of all of the cards mentioned I highly recommend you add Stonehewer Giant if only to be able to tutor for Sunforger at will. That card is too insane to not use constantly.
Lands:
I recommend at least Glacial Fortress as well as Prahv, Spires of Order and Nivix, Aerie of the Firemind. Also to respond to your post above this one, no I don't think getting triple red would be hard for you at all as long as you don't play too many colorless lands. Especially considering you have thawing glaciers, the filter lands, signets, each shockland and painlands.
What do you think about Kher Keep and Springjack Pasture? You could give your opponent a token EOT if you got spare mana and draw an additional card. These lands don't hurt you besides generating only colorless mana.
I wouldn't mind Kher Keep, as it's fairly easy to activate. I actually didn't even think about this until I saw this post. That's crazy good. I think the Pasture though is too slow because paying 4WUR for the overall desired result of drawing a card and gaining a life point is weak.
As for FRAGM3NT I will definitely be making a reply to your comment, just give me a few as you posted hella good information.

Aww snap, I knew I forget to get something at the shop. Been totally wanting to get a Mirrorweave I can pull off a Sunforger. I could cut Hindering Light for it, as it is the weakest counterspell, but at least it cantrips, and it saves a dude, or myself from a lethal Comet Storm or Ghitu Fire. Or counters an entwined Reap & Sow ready to rape my manabase and set him up. Plus, I like that Forger gets me all the counters I could ever need, sans the two tuck ones, which is pretty good utility. Just grab whichever one is most relevant for the situation. Akroma's Vengeance my board with 3 untapped? No prob, grab Offering to Asha and stop that plan and gain four life. Not that it's too terribly amazing late game, but it's still a tutorable counterspell. Ricochet vs Reiterate I'm always back and forth on. Reiterate costs 5 off of Forger, while Ricochet only costs 2. If needed, I can always use Mistveil to tuck it back on the bottom and re-tutor it again. So for now Ricochet wins over Reiterate for me, anyway.
Planeswalkers are in massive abundance, Ajani Vengeant and Elspeth, Knight Errant are the only ones I see as unimpressive in this deck build. Good call on the Ingot, sometimes I go on auto-pilot and see a cycle, and think I need to include the whole cycle. On Puca's Mischief: I've been thinking about it a lot, actually. I kinda think I don't have enough donatable stuff or global stuff I don't care where it goes. Besides tokens like from my Kher Keep, or Elspeths.
Creatures
Now this seems to be the most exchangable slot. Especially because some of these you want to exchange around and get back with Homeward Path for super silly things, a what's yours is mine and what's mine is still mine.
I actually just cut the Valkryie as I realized I didn't have everyone's favorite blue Sphinx, so I'm like "uhh...yeah...I like drawing cards." Frost is surprisingly effective, I used to think he wasn't as good myself. The ability to tap down Blightsteel, Eldrazi, or other problematic permanents is pretty cool. And his half-shroud is okay, too. Sunblast is pretty pro with Venser out, too. Makes people not want to attack, or use tap effects even. It isn't as bad. People know they have to start attacking sometime.
Note: Of all of the cards mentioned I highly recommend you add Stonehewer Giant if only to be able to tutor for Sunforger at will. That card is too insane to not use constantly.
I'm not sure on the Giant as I only run a couple equips, and this guy comes down t5, then activates t6. I am, however, running Stoneforge Mystic(since Sunforger is a fairly big theme here). She also likes being blinked by my Venser. I just think she's better for me, and totally easier on the curve.
O-Stone, Rite, Evac, and Relic yeah I really really want those in there. Just can't find space. Well, idk, O-Stone takes a lot of mana, and I do have answers to things I need to answer. O-Stone wipes my walkers, and everything else too.
Lands:
I recommend at least Glacial Fortress as well as Prahv, Spires of Order and Nivix, Aerie of the Firemind. Also to respond to your post above this one, no I don't think getting triple red would be hard for you at all as long as you don't play too many colorless lands. I'm not sure about Prahv, six mana to fog a creature is a ton. I can't even fit Maze of Ith in(limited number of colourless lands to help consistency). There's just better colourless lands. I'd probably play Kor Haven over this land though, if I wanted/needed the spot. As is, I'd rather have Kher Keep for it's amazing synergy with my Commander. Nivix is just bad though, in addition to the activation cost of the land, you still have to pay the mana cost of the card too.
Why no grid monitor? Also gilded Drake
Grid Monitor is easily answered with a variety of creature or artifact removal(plus I don't want him swinging at my face for four every turn). Rust Elemental is a possibility, plenty of good artifacts that need to be sac'd. It's okay to take four in that instance, as he is losing board presence(or eating four himself and not swinging at me). Drake I've been searching for for the longest time, just either can't find one, or if someone does have it they aren't looking to get rid of it.
Paradox Haze seems like it could be a pretty good fit with the general and all.
I can't help but think it would be great, double the draw with Zedruu and all...but what to cut? It isn't exactly an auto-include, it does have it's both purpose and all, but besides working with the general, what else does it bring to the table?
That said, what would you cut for it? inb4 cut a signet, which I won't be doing because historically you under rate signets, not understanding the power of 2 drop artifact accel that both ramps and colour fixes at the same time. So signets notwithstanding, what do you cut here for Paradox Haze?
A card I really like is Confusion in the Ranks. I know it's risky, but it is just stupidly funny. Works especially well with the aforementioned token generation. And you can give it to someone else and it still works the way you want it to. Also:
Along a similar line, I reckon Insurrection and Brand are musts with Zedruu.
Finally, I'm wondering about Risky Move.
Nice call. Any suggestion on what the aforementioned White Sun's Zenith and Brand could replace in the list(I still need to make room for Mirrorweave, too).
I'm also considering building it off of fivecolourjunk's list in the multiplayer forum, his looks pretty consistent(if a bit light on actual win conditions).
Have you tested Zur's Weirding yet. It seems like an awfully good soft lock since your general will provide you with a constant stream of lifegain and opportunities to draw extra cards.
Is there a updated list to this after all the suggestions? I've been debating between trying to make the Sunforger side or the more enchantment oriented. I'd say put in the bombshell artifact and go with replicating it, pass to opponent, blows, academy ruins, rinse and repeat. Even mirrorweaving at the right moment all their creatures that are yours into a bombshell then BOOM.

I personally if I were you, would go with the Sunforger side, that card is just too nuts to ignore dude. Tutor for spells at instant speed and straight cast them out of the deck for just RW. Too insane!
Archmage Ascension...this just might be the deck that makes it work. If ever there was one, this is it. Turn it on minimum six turns. Tutor instead of draw every time you would draw. If you can't assemble a combo at that point, just stop playing lol.
I am currently making a multiplayer Zedruu deck and I have some more suggestions for you.
Any UW deck has Azorius Guildmage. It is just amazing, tap creatures or counter activated abilities for 3 mana. You must find a spot for this little guy.
Otherwise some more utility lands like Boseiju, Who Shelters All. Since this is a 1v1 deck you may play against a lot of permission.
Propaganda is lack luster, your better off giving them Statecraft. Much harder for them to get around, and Zedruu doesn't deal a whole lot of damage to them.

Though Sunblast is an exceptionally good card in EDH I've found that players don't typically like to turn their guys sideways unless they go for the kill, at least later in the game when multiple people are threatening.
