I play Blades of Velis Vel in my Karrthus deck and they can be pretty hilarious
Turning the two best creatures on the board into dragons and then stealing them permanently with Karrthus is amazing every time you do it
Apart from that, Call to the Netherworld is pretty narrow I'd rather run Wrecking Ball than Volcanic Submersion
Also, I found that while the Sarkhan's are thematic, they're not necessarily very good but that's my personal preference
My Karrthus is pretty beastly and wins the majority of multiplayer games it's in (and yes, that includes against top tier decks). It flies under the radar unless it is ramping hard... in which case it doesn't need to. Check it out - main upgrades I'd make to mine are adding Survival of the Fittest, Sneak Attack, Beast Within, and a few mana base upgrades.
No Death by Dragons? For shame your general automatically gives you each dragon when it enters play.

What in my list of jank should be dropped for DbD?
Now that's the tricky part. Having not run the deck and not knowing what's good and not where it's played, I'd have to say Call to the Netherworld is the most narrow card. Only draw back is everyone knows you're only giving them dragons so you can take them, but on the plus side if you ramp fast enough you can do both in one turn for an insanely painful play. Though Insurrection is more efficient it's not quite as flavorful.

Also, I have a Malfegor from Heavenly Inferno. Yes/No? 'Cause I dunno.
If you can toss in more draw power maybe. Malfegor is strong but an empty hand can cost you a game. Praetor's Council screams for a slot in here especially if Malfegor goes in.
