O-ring and Journey to Nowhere - I see lots of people use them, but I quit using them a long time ago. Whatever you remove is protected from sweepers and will often come back to haunt you later. I see you've got Faith's Fetters, which I greatly prefer to the other two as it can also shut down lands like Maze of Ith and Kor Haven and it can pin an opposing commander in place, and doesn't protect it's target from sweepers.
Teferi's Moat should go. Most of the creatures that kill you will have flying anyway, and with multiple players at the table, most having beaters of at in at least 2 different colors, which color do you name? It's just too narrow for multiplayer edh. It will really only save you from green decks, and they have plenty of enchantment removal.
I don't think you run enough creatures to justify equilibrium or Opposition. As much as I love those cards, and I do, I think you really need about 40+ creatures to really be able to abuse them, or some sort of token makers. Spells like boomerang, Into the Roil and Wipe Away are just kind of undewhelming, unless this is for 1V1. You could replace Graceful Adept with Reliquary Tower and to really get the most out of Isperia, you need more fliers.

You make a good point about O-ring and Journey to Nowhere and Teferi's Moat was just what I had available at the time of building this deck.
Swords to Plowshares and Mulldrifter have been on my to add list for some time now. Karmic Guide and Austere Command along with the lands look good, hopefully I can find someone to trade at my LGS.

Equilibrium has worked well enough for me in the past in both 1v1 and multiplayer games. Opposition has been somewhat disappointing but when It's on the field it usually does the trick. If I could find some cards to tutor them up that would be nice. Reliquary Tower is also on my to add list.
My strategy with Isperia is (depending on who I already have on the field) bounce a permanent if I have made it through with General damage and then my first go to cards will either be Consecrated Sphinx, Windborn Muse or Kira. From there my tutoring will be dependant on the board situation. I like my fliers to have some utility rather than just a be a beatstick, that's why I have tried to not include some cards such as Akroma or BSA.
Thanks for the input. Hopefully I'll be able to update the list soon.

Swords to Plowshares is the gold standard in creature spot removal.
Austere Command is amazing for mass removal as it allows you to be selective.
Mulldrifter is great, re-useable (larkable) card draw.
Karmic Guide is amazing, but a little $pricey.
Skycloud Expanse is some more good budget mana-fixing.
Kor Haven can save your butt.
Crystal Shard is great for abusing etb/ltb effects of your own creatures like Revillark and Mulldrifter (you just choose not to pay 1)
If you've got a high Plains count, then Emeria, the Sky Ruin is amazing.

I had Telepathy and Glasses of Urza at one stage but I felt the bounce strategy was more efficient for the slots that they took up.
