So what I'm working with so far on my deck list for this idea is this (I firmly believe no EDH deck is ever complete until you've stopped playing it all together. New cards every few months are released to consider, finding old gems you forgot about or even never knew about, to many things can happen to ever say a deck is definitively completed.)
Some cards pulling double duty like the Demonic Collusion, both Planeswalkers and a few other cards of course. Main theme I'm wanting to go with in the deck is taking things from everyone's graveyards, not just my own. And considering putting something like Keening Stone or other similar mill effect in the deck just to fatten up opponents graveyards.
Originally I was using Doran for the general and obviously no red creatures, and backing him up with green mana ramp, and green graveyard recurrsion (Elven Cache and the likes) with Gurzigost backing that theme up. Then I saw Tariel. It fit the idea I had much better as Doran was mostly just for being in the right colors and not being Teneb which I felt was just to many of as generals as is.
Tariel, Reckoner of Souls makes a better general for the deck for a few reasons. One better ability, the tapping to take a creature from opponents works well with the idea of forcing difficult block choices. And also enjoy the idea behind Tariel's flavor, an Angel who decides whether or not you go to heaven or hell, or just straight come back from the dead on a whim is just plain fun.
Maralen of the Mornsong is in the deck for the off chance of comboing into Stranglehold for a game winning lock down (it's only happened once so far and everyone kills him or stranglehold before it can pop now but worth keeping none the less) and if nothing else helps me tutor up rebuilding options while keeping the general group bulls-eye off me and giving me a tiny bit of breathing room, for a few turns at least.
I run Hellkite Charger with Sword of Feast and Famine sheerly for the chance of getting the sword on said dragon and going into a near infinite attack loop. Though even without the other both are nasty little things to toss into play, the sword tends to bait every counterspell and artifact hate spell on the board whenever it sees play after all.
Demonic Collusion is another good card for a burial themed deck I think. Pay 3BB discard 2 cards and get a tutor plus 2 discards. Win win if you ask me.
Rimescale Dragon is a good answer I think for beefy creatures who have some kind of evasion I can't get around but no shroud effects or protection from red. And it's got a decent sized body to back it up. The snow mana also fuels Scrying Sheets so I see no problems running it since they still count as basic lands and no one really seems to run much snow hate, at least not locally.
Everything else, to me at least, seems fairly straightforward and self-explanatory. If you have suggestions for tweaks I'm more than willing to listen. I kind of want to stay near the Angel, Demon, Dragon theme, but more so want to go for the Recurring theme. Blinding Angel is on my list of things to want to add, as is Avatar of Woe, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, and a few other things.
Also, yes the deck title is a movie reference. I found it fitting. Making your opponents creatures essentially shout "I'm not dead yet" and forcing them to play out the scene and re-kill their beastie or get beat over the head with it.
Edit: Little more time so adding to this instead of needlessly bumping the post up with a new post.

The deck's basic goal is to get creatures in graveyards and recur them, or just get them out hard casted, either way works, though it may need a bit extra mana ramp so far I've had no problems with it. Cards like Scion of Darkness, Ink-Eyes Servant of Oni, Puppeteer Clique, Rise From the Grave, Gruesome Encore, Dance of the Dead, Debtor's Knell, and Liliana Vess all support the taking other people's dead creatures theme along with Tariel. As well as a handful to get my own creatures back when they inevitably die.

Obviously with the unbanning of Worldgorger Dragon I couldn't resist tossing him into the mix with an Animate Dead and Necromancy and Dance of the Dead to fuel his shenanigans. Especially with Angel of Despair, Borgodan Hellkite, Puppeteer Clique, Karmic Guide, and Corpse Connoisseur coming into and leaving play repeatedly. Mana-Charged Dragon, Comet Storm, and all the high casting cost creatures are helped by it as well.
