After getting My Skyfire Kirin and Sakashima the Impostor decks fairly competitive I decided I wanted something fun and stupid so I built this. It's a lot of fun to play but tends to annoy people fairly quickly.
This is my opinion but I dismantled Norin the instant I finished it for two reasons. One, Grip of Chaos makes paper games become stupid, since you need to roll a D100 die since there's so many targets on the field (I just think that chaotic, put hundreds of activations strategy works better on MTGO). Second, Norin's strategy is "use cards that have comes into play triggers" like Confusion in the Ranks and Vigilante Justice etc. etc. What I end up with is a mostly non-creature deck that does nothing unless one of those enchantments is in play. And the only one where if I get the enchantment I actually start winning a ton is Confusion in the Ranks. My friends got tired after one game of the "I'll play as many global red enchantments that mess with how the game's supposed to be played" deck style.
I do recommend for that kind of play, to use Fumiko the Lowblood instead, since in 95% of EDH games I play people sit back and build up resources before attacking, and Fumiko really screws with their resource-building strategies when they have to attack each other willy nilly.
