Interesting concept. I would cut some of the Kira and the Hammers since you don't really care if they kill your weenies and the hammer is a little too slow for your build. I would go -4 Hammer, -2 Kira, -2 island, +4 mana leak, +4 remand. After that you should be good. grayscaled gharial may be a possibility for your sideboard.
Well, you could always go the bounce route instead, with stuff like boomerang, eye of nowhere, repeal etc. but I think counters work better here myself.

If i were to use one, it'd probably be the dimir, but the simic or azorious ones might be good also.
this ability would be more consistantly useful than the other one
