I am in the middle of updating my list here, which has grown a bit as my willpower weakens. It is now a $50 online cube, and is much better for the extra cards. It has been Winstoned almost 8 times, and drafted twice, and it's been a blast.

I have 40 artifact cards, not sure of the final goal, but I will need more. This is a very weak section right now, sadly. The average casting cost is 2.89, and the price is $3.98.
I bet you could build a solid pauper cube from that stash. 40$ goes a LONG way.
Yeah, but I love drafting rares--I love the complexity of the cards. And many of them are $0.08-$0.12, while good pauper cards are often much more. It is likely not to cost much more than a "real" pauper cube would, I hope.
Nope, it's not officially supported. You draft on tappedout.net or on http://www.metacortex.hu/~fable/generate.html for Winston, then copy and paste your decklist into MTGO. Then the cube owner "trades" the others' decklists to them. You build the decks, play, and everyone "trades" their cards back to the owner. I have never done it, but apparently it goes fairly smoothly. I'm not too worried about theft with a cube like this, either...

So that's how it works. A bit of work, but definitely worth it to be able to Cube anytime you want. Looks like I got some downloading to do.
I'll try and help with your cuts/additions if I can. I know absolutely nothing about online prices so I'm gonna have to do some research.

My Black & Silver Cube [360/Peasant/Draft It! EDH Decks: - Reya Dawnbringer // - Mistform Ultimus // - Balthor the Defiled // - Urabrask the Hidden // - Mirri, Cat Warrior
I haven't updated the main list yet, nor have I actually purchased the cards, but I have made the additions and cuts outlined above. Most of the good, interesting artifacts like Tangle Wire, Black Vise, Ankh of Mishra, Smokestack, etc. are out of my price range, so I've filled in gaps with a ton of sketchy equipment. It's now at 357, with more artifacts to come. It's now $43.53, too.
With a couple of changes due to cards not being available, the cube is purchased and live. Anyone want to try it out? It's now at 357 cards, and the list at tappedout.net is current. I will update the first post here when I have the time. It was just at $40 even, although I had to remove Day of Judgment to do it...
I found this thread to late, I was going to let you look through my MOTL account and take anything I had you needed since I don't ever really play and mostly just draft.
Well, I have done a few practice drafts at tappedout, and some random person even copied my cube and has already played it on MTGO! After my real cube this one feels a bit odd-some cards I can't afford in real life like Oona, Queen of the Fae are in, while staples like Day of Judgment/Wrath of God are missing.
Deckbuilding question: I just ran a practice draft, and ended up with a GW midrange/ramp deck, heavy on acceleration and creature bombs like Yosei, Silvos, Blastoderm, etc.
What time zone are you in, Tom? I'd love to give this a go with you sometime. Even if it was just a Winston draft, I'd be down. I'm usually home and down to draft on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Sometimes Wednesday and sometimes Sunday as well. I'm in east Tennessee so I'm on eastern time.
If you didn't think the single mountain would hinder your early game, then yes, given the amount of fetchers you have, I'd certainly play a mountain. I don't know if I'd splash for the Stormbind, though. To be honest, it doesn't sound like you even need the Nacatl, so the single mountain probably isn't even necessary at all.
I am in California, at least for the next week. Then I'm moving to Philadelphia, road-tripping starting July 31st. I would love to draft this, and will try to make time this week, but I have a LOT of packing still to do. If not, I should have more free time when I'm out east.
I tried to figure out the Winston draft, but it didn't seem to work for me. I'll try it again this weekend in a dry run.
In the draft mentioned above, I was worried about my high curve and wanted another one-drop to slow things down while I ramped.
Now that I've practice-drafted this a few times, I'm actually worried that control is too weak. The best control cards (wraths, good blue spells) are too pricey for my $40 target.
Your cube actually seems VERY awesome for that budget!
I just test drafted it on tappedout for the first time and managed to draft a pretty nice UB control deck with light aggro elements. I would definitely love to draft this cube on mtgo, although there would probably be problems regarding time zones :/

When you get to Philly, we gotta draft this thing, man! That would be awesome. For 40 bucks, you've built what looks like a pretty sweet cube.

The first time I did it just to see how it worked, I did it with myself. I put "player 1" and "player 2" in the boxes and then opened both links in my browser. One tab is player 1 and another tab is player 2. You can just go back and forth between tabs and make the picks like you're both players. It's not near as fun as drafting alone on tapped out or winston drafting with someone else, but it'll give you an idea of what to expect from the winston draft software on that site.

So I just redownloaded MTGO and I'm getting ready to setup my account again. Hope to join in on this sometime soon cause it definitely looks like a fun list to play.

If others are better able to schedule games while I'm in the midst of moving, I'd be willing to lend the cube to someone. Just don't spill any drinks on it, okay?
Finally! After a month without internet (other than my phone), I am back online. I want to try drafting this cube! I can do it after 9:30 evenings EST, or during the day over the next couple of weeks. We can Winston or try to get more together.
I'm tomchaps on Skype. Give me a buzz. I might need to be walked through the Winston app--you've used it, right?
If this actually works, I might break down and buy some better equipment for this...
I don't remember what I am on Skype. I'll hit you up tonight or tomorrow one. And yeah, I've used the Winston app on metacortex. You can do it alone if you want to test it out. It provides you two links. Just open them both in separate tabs and you'll see what both parties will see during a Winston draft.
In preparation, I tested out the Winston, and figured it out. I am now checking my list--I realized I didn't actually own Aether Adept, and am now buying Day of Judgment and Moltensteel Dragon, too.
Upgrades! I am cutting Ronom Unicorn and Wild Ricochet. My first page list is somewhat out of date, just be warned.
The list for practice drafts is here:

You can winston with it here:

I had Terramorphic Expanse, Harrow, Cultivate, Krosan Tusker and Viridian Emissary (along with mana elves and signets). The only spell with red in it I had was Stormbind.
Would you put a single Mountain in, given all the land-search cards I had, to help pump Wild Nacatl? I figure it's not worth it, but was wondering...
