This is my first EDH deck and would like to hear suggestion and what ever comes to your mind.
I'm somewhat on budget - FoW is there because I've pulled one from a booster.
I'm still missing some obvious stuff like Lightning Greaves, Sol Ring, Sensei's Divining Top, Command Tower, Shizo... so yeah atleast those are on my shopping list.
I just recently took Mindslaver out, cause Acquire is played in my meta, and I'm usually target for it. I'm also thinking of changing Mutilate to something else. It's nice when I have Urborg out, but otherwise it's often useless. Death Stroke has been cut too, but I don't actually remember what I put in...
My most common opponents play Mimeoplasm, Dralnu and Thraximundar and Zedruu, so I'll probably take the spreading seas out too. Currently this deck feels bit "midrange" and I feel like it lacks power to put pressure on opponents. I play multiplayer only.
I believe that I have enough social competence to slip into a party or two, potentially wooing some attractive females that would not mind spending the evening performing the booty dance on me.
That being said, you have some bad cards in here, I'm not sure if it is because of budget reasons or not:
Deep sea kraken (big beats do nothing in a multiplayer environment)
Prophetic prism (doesn't actually ramp, only color fixes)
Boomerang (a 1-for-1 that doesn't actually get rid of a threat)
Brainstorm (one shot effects are bad, run Jace over this)
Repulse (same as boomerang pretty much)
Soul manipulation (situational counters are bad)
Corrupt (you're not mono black)
Death stroke (situational destroy spells are bad, especially one as situational as this)
Mutilate (again, you're not mono black, and you won't always have urborg.)
There were other things I personally wouldn't include, but the above things were the only BAD things that I saw in there.

Boomerang, Repulse and Death Stroke has been on my deck just take care of some black threats. I should get atleast Rend Flesh instead of those.
I agree that Corrupt and Mutilate are pretty much dead draws if I don't have Urborg on the field. I've already ordered Oblivion Stone and maybe Decree of Pain or Plague Wind would be something to include too.
Could Inkwell Leviathan be decent substitute for Deep-Sea Kraken?
And yeah, I'm bit limited with budget, so Jace for example ain't option. I'd like to get Consecrated Sphinx, but I might be too cheap to get one ;P
Yeah, you should get rend flesh. Brittle effigy is also a great option, especially since it can be fetched with trinket mage.
Yeah, decree of pain is one of the best sweepers in the format. Black sun's zenith is better than plague wind, because it is less expensive and takes care of indestructible creatures.
I'm not a fan of inkwell leviathan, again, it is just a big beat, and it is too expensive. I'd run a creature with a more useful ability. You mentioned consecrated sphinx, that is one of the best blue cards period. Seriously, if you resolve it, you are likely to win the game. Myojin of night's reach is another one of my favorites, it is another one of those "I win" cards, if used correctly.
I'm not a fan of the new sphinx and demon. I'd rather actually run fact or fiction and demonic tutor. You don't seem to have ways to abuse them really, and they aren't that great by themselves. They are just overcosted effects that come with an essentially useless creature.

I know some really good players who play Inkwell in most decks that can support it. The shroud and artifact subtype are both pluses. That said, he isn't great without Academy Ruins and he's likely to draw removal before getting to swing (9 mana is a heavy investment to just have it edicted away).
The new Sphinx and Demon are far from bad, you just can't really abuse them here - they're both certainly better than Deep-Sea Kraken, though. And better than Inkwell in most cases as well. Pervy is right, though: if you can pick up copies of Demonic Tutor and Fact or Fiction, definitely slot those in first.
Some other creatures to think about are Shadowmage Infiltrator, Dimir Doppelganger, and Vesuvan Shapeshifter. I'd personally drop Clone seeing as you already play the superior Phyrexian Metamorph. I'd definitely get rid of Guile and Drana. Sheoldred could probably go; I personally only really like him in decks that can get him back easily. Keeping him wouldn't be wrong; he's awesome when he sticks
If you can get your hands on some Greaves (or even Swiftfoot Boots), Darksteel Plate could probably go (the haste is invaluable when you have an ability like Wrexial's to trigger, but I'm sure you already knew that). Repulse is a good card, but I'd drop it for Dismiss. If you're looking for bounce rather than another counter, bounce simply doesn't get any better than Capsize. Soul Manipulation seems too conditional; Forbid and Rewind would both be great budget replacements. Death Stroke isn't great at sorcery speed; you might find one of the aforementioned counterspells or Evacuation good replacements (especially considering the fact that you may be cutting one of your wraths).
Good man, running Fireshrieker Good luck with the deck.
EDIT: just saw that you already have Greaves on your shopping list.
The only thing I disagree with deadboots about is darksteel plate. That is my personal innovation for this deck, and I have found it extremely valuable. I run it along side greaves and boots. It it one of the best protections for creatures available, because it practically makes it immune to sweepers. It becomes a ***** to deal with if you don't have an edict or exile effect. It is worth running in any deck that runs few creatures.

True, I'd just run Greaves over it given the choice of one or the other. If you're running both then sure, it's great.
Thanks for the tips.
I forgot I already ordered Lightning Greaves, Fact Or Fiction, Oblivion Stone and Command Tower, so they will be next additions to the deck.

I've been thinking if I should try run Thada Adel, Acquisitor for extra artifact removal.
