Biggest problem with trying to predict stuff about Innistrad based on art is that all of the artwork seems dark and brooding, which makes it hard to tell what will be black and what will be some other color.
In any case, if Garruk isn't mono-colored, I expect him to be an ally pair, GW or GR.
But he looks really green here, which I like.

Also, just because we want Garruk as green-black doesn't mean he will be. He could just as easily be Leeching Bite green, and all. He's tainted by the Veil, not suddenly a black-magic practitioner, and all. Or better yet... he could end up a WEREWOLF SUMMONER. Yes.

Looks like a multi-colored Garruk...and this is based on...nothing. Forget Beast and Wurm tokens...Werewolf tokens, ahoy! Art looks pretty sweet though.
Art can be very deceiving. Although Garruk, Primal Hunter is 2GGG already, I suspect we'll get a 2BG Garruk in ISD. This could be another Elspeth Tirel situation where the art just fools everyone.
Niiiice, I'm thinking he will be RG, allied with the Werewolves as they hunt down Lilliana's vampire allies (I see her either staying mono-B or going RB). While Garruk suffers from the taint, I don't think he would ever go black mana - not willingly, anyway. I am imagining a 3RG Garruk, though I would prefer a 2RG one.
Still find it odd that they would make a new Garruk for 2012, then make another new one, so that both new Garruks will be in the same standard. I know Jace 1.0 and 2.0 were together for a while, but the one was at least old. Seems very strange to me.
