The deck pretty much is a straightforward fish deck. Play a small creature, beatdown with it as you're countering your opponents spells. I haven't done any testing but this is what I would play if I were playing these colors.
moldervine cloak is an awsome part on the deck imo.
the other thing that i would suggest is running a few dryad sophisticate in MD if not SB, they ream most decks in standard.
I would advise trying a deck out some before you start posting it, but thats just me. It looks like a bad version of The Zoo. I don't see any advantage other than Ninja for not running red.

I got this idea for a deck because my friend player a W/U aggro deck and dominated FNM with it, so I took out the not needed cards and but in some different ones I thought was better. Judging on what he did, if you can get a 2nd turn ninja attacking, and if you can give him counter backup, the card advantage is very hard to stop.
I'm already playing W/R/G as well, so changing the deck completely is unnecessary.
Thanks for the comments though, I'll probably put Sophisticate in there, and maybe Heirarch, but I'm going to actually test a bit first.
EDIT:
Changes in the deck
+3 Sophisticate
-3 Ledgewalker
+ sideboard.
Well, i think it's a tad too early to make this deck, since two out the the three guilds that make it up don't come out till dissention. i keep this deck in the back of your priorities and revive it once you have a whole set of new cards to help strengthen it due to the power of gold cards.
