My favorite thing in the deck right now is dropping and cracking a fetch with Admonition Angel out, then blinking it before the triggers resolve to make the exile permanent.
I love my blink deck. I use Grand Arbiter as my commander but I'll admit that Rasputin has more obvious synergy with it.
A few staples for it that I don't see you might consider: Gilded Drake - Flat out wins games when you can steal with it, bounce it, steal with it again. Best creature in the whole deck imo. Capsize - Enough mana makes this a backbreaker Erratic Portal - Crystal Shard #2 Cloudstone Curio - I've grown to like this even more than Shard and Portal
I've come to especially value cards that remove "any" creature or permanent then automatically return it to play at eot (Flickerwisp, Stag, Witch), and Flicker also does this. They help you abuse Gilded Drake.
Note- I'm still trying to pick up a Rasputin, so the commander is currently Grand Arbiter Augustin IV.
