Korlash - is obviously the focus of the deck. He is a stud. Tutorable with DHG (Dimir House Guard)
Twisted Abom - He is simply a swamp cycler. With the Reclamation out he can do it repeatedly.
Phyrexian Obliterator - Finally got my playset of this beast. Tutorable with DHG.
Dimir House Guard - He is a tutor for almost everything in this deck. With Reclamation out he is a reusable one at that.
Mutilate - Sweepers are good in meta. With the amount of swamps I'll have do to Korlash it will be a big sweeper. Tutorable with DHG.
Tendrils of Corruption - Spot removal and lifegain to offset the lifeloss from the Reclamation. Tutorable with DHG.
Unmake - A very weak card from an earlier version of this deck. Needs to be cut.
Rite of Consumption - I thought this would be a fun trick with a Korlash. Can easily be cut.
Demonic Tutor - Tutors are good.
Phyrexian Reclamation - This card is a house in this deck. Discard an extra Korlash fetching (2) Swamps activate the Reclamation and repeat. Works with all the creatures in this deck really.
Akroma's Memorial - Haste, flying, vigilance. Three relevant abilities for this deck. Also I thought it was a fitting blasphemy that her Memorial be in an all black deck.
Nightmare Lash - Soon as I get some Lashwrithes I will be replacing this badboy. Also, Tutorable with DHG.
One thing I noticed is that the Twisted Abom and Korlash don't say fetch basic Swamp, but just Swamp. I have a playset of each B/X Shockland so I could easily splash a 2nd color. Is there one that would be beneficial for this deck? I was thinking of maybe G just for Eternal Witness. Thoughts?
Some cards that I know will be mentioned are Corruption & Exsanguanite. I prefer not to use those cards for this deck.
*edit* I replaced the Unmakes with Vampire Nighthawks to provide some lifegain to offset the Reclamation and for more defense according to Lunaticfringe (and an added bonus is the guy loves to carry a Lashwrithe or Nightmare Lash). Also dropped the Rites for Phyrexian Arena and cut a Mutilate for the room. Soon as I get my hands on an extra Ob-Nixilis I will be adding him as well.
How exactly do you plan on defending yourself early game? You have a total of 4 defensive cards 3 mana or less and those are Instants. I guess if your meta leaves you alone for that long, then this deck has clear potential to be very powerful, but sheesh...that's very risky in my mind.
Unmake MIGHT be a solid choice, it just depends on meta. If you fear Indestructible creatures, especially nasty ones (i.e. Blightsteel Colossus), then something that Exiles, like Unmake, might be perfectly fine. Otherwise, this should be something like Innocent Blood. B has so many sacrifice spells, that get around Indestructible creatures anyways, that, in general, I might not run something like Unmake.
And I always splash W or G in my "mono"-B decks to get artifacts and/or, especially, enchantments. Then, go with something like Serenity, Purify, Fracturing Gust, Chain of Acid, etc. I'd remove any artifacts/enchantments from my deck, so they don't hit me. If you do NEED to run artifacts/enchantments, then I'd go with something targeted removal, like Vindicate, Maelstrom Pulse, Beast Within, etc. These are awesome, as they not only can get artifacts/enchantments, but any permanent on the battlefield. Unfortunately, some of those are clearly not budget friendly.

At least in my meta, and I would like to see a MP meta, that you have to worry about protecting yourself seriously for the first couple turns. That really boggles my mind that any MP setting you would be scared of your defense for turns 1-3. I'm not saying they don't exist, but I have yet to play in one. Don't get me wrong people in my meta are casting spells during the first few turns but they are usually Fellwar Stones/Rampant Growths or similar utility spells.
And wow, thanks for the Serenity suggestion. I didn't even know that card existed!
2) More explosiveness. Pernicious Deed is one of the strongest multiplayer spells ever printed. You could easily toss some of these badboys in and call it a day. To round out this addition, you'd probably want more regenerators. See my previous point to check out a few good ones.
3) More draw. Your deck has zero draw and only a handful of recursion spells. Something like Phyrexian Arena, Mind's Eye, or Syphon Mind would probably help you get to where you need to me.
4) More utility. Mono-Black big mana decks love Staff of Domination. It's lifegain, it's draw, it's vigilance, it's tapdown, and so much more. This card does it all. Also, since you're transmuting, Grandeuring and swampcycling all game, Oversold Cemetery seems like it would be perfect in this deck. It's another cheap revival spell that gets you a creature, for free, each turn. That seems like a great deal to me.
These are the cards that immediately came to mind for me.

Not playing creatures until, say, turn 4 went the way of the dodo a long time ago in my meta. Hell, it's gotten to the point where if you get a bad draw & are clearly struggling to mount any form of defense, they'll sense it and lay waste to you in a hurry (esp. yours truly). When you finally do get to play a creatures in, say, turn-4 or so, someone will often blast such creature and pound on you some more. Next thing you know, you are nearing death... To say it another way, chalk me up as being very concerned about turn-3 or less defense.
To be honest, I'd love it if I didn't have to worry until turn 4 or after until people started coming after me. Deck building would be a breeze for me in that situation...

My typical MP format is 5 total players, star-format. FFA, but you only need to eliminate your 2 non-adjacent opponents to win.

100% Agree with cutting Unmake and Rite of Consumption. I'd also cut at least 1x Akroma's Memorial. That gives you about 7 flex slots. My ideas for these slots were:
1) More beaters. Lord of Extinction, Vulturous Zombie, Mortivore, Bonehorde and even Spiritmonger could all work. I don't like Eternal Witness at 1GG, I'm more or less looking for cards with one colored mana in their cost.
2) More explosiveness. Pernicious Deed is one of the strongest multiplayer spells ever printed. You could easily toss some of these badboys in and call it a day. To round out this addition, you'd probably want more regenerators. See my previous point to check out a few good ones.
