I've been trying to work out the knots, but it is a bit slow.
Strategy=Play lots of GOOD spells that can buy (or manipulate) time. Use the Chronarchs to get them back and again with Mark of Eviction, and also use them on the opponent's creatures when I get the extra turns. Then once I have the Djinn out, I'll replicate the spells when needed.
The only problem is that all the replicating really wants coloured mana. Playing Tron would probably demand signets and searchlights to go with it. What about stretching the mana base to include green for kodama's reach and heartbeat of spring? I don't know about you, but casting 7 Sitches in time, followed by 7 Recollects is pretty sexy. Especially if you have a second recollect to return, thus creating an infinite loop. Unless, of course, you manage to flip 7 tails. Still, get about 10 extra turns and let your Djinni go to town. Also, adding green would give you Savage Twister, which would help you survive the early game.
Overall, I love the way you think . I'm glad you replied to both of the decks. I am iffy about the Urza lands because of the colour mana. The only issue is space. I need counters, more burn for early game and more colours in general. It almost gets too annoying when trying to fit everything together when I like some cards (and colours) better than others.

I play entire T2 stuff:symr: , oh Werd,
maybe you can squeeze some signets in there.
this deck could be similar to urzatron but way cooler.
the urzatron would require many changes but would be worth it.
