I've gotten myself a Jor Kadeen a while ago, and a few nice R/W cards. I love Voltron decks, and +3/+0 can be crippling to some. So, Why not make a Voltron deck that can easily utilize Jor Kadeen's mass pump? Here goes:
White Mana Battery and Red Mana Battery are pretty horrible, I don't know if they are your pet cards or something, but they are bad. Besides that, it seems like your mana base could use some tinkering. Maybe cut Gemstone Array and Paradise Plume.
The white and red myr work well with Jor, allowing him to be played turn 4, plus they get pumped. Mind Stone, Fire Diamond and Marble Diamond are good too.
Then just some random stuff to cut/add since it's taking awhile to explain
Cut: Belligerent Hatchling, Slagwurm Armor, Gaze of Justice, Hammer of Ruin, Celestial Dawn, Altar's Light, Icefall Reya Dawnbringer, Darksteel Axe, Scythe of the Wretched (You have a few two many equipment imo)
Most of your non-utility creatures are pretty expensive also. I would probably cut a few in lieu of Mirran Crusader or some similar cards. If you have metal craft with kadeen, Kor Duelist can be pretty terrifying for only W and equip.
I agree that you have too much equipment, but you're not running the amazing staples. Sword of Light and Shadow, Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Feast and Famine. I found Mirrorworks underwhelming in my white voltron deck, and I think you really need to choose whether you want to keep a more controlled theme, or go more aggro. Right now I think you're too much on the fence to be particularly scary.
All of your creatures and artifacts are expensive, and your only cheap options are control pieces that would prevent damage or destroy a creature or two. Then by the time your scary nonsense is on the field, someone will just wrath and you will have to start all over. Or your control pieces will all be in the grave, and you will have nothing left to prevent people from stopping your creatures.
