Might I recommend splitting the decklist into less of a block of text and more an actual decklist. I for one am too lazy to look at this, especially without links. Just put numbers in front of the card names, and it will activate a link to the card.
I figure since you changed everything, I would at least throw in my input. It seems like a lot of the creatures you chose seem to also go with a sort of counter theme. The problem I see with this, is most of the creatures come out as small little baby creatures and either take time to become bigger or take a chunk of X mana to become big for a turn. The problem here being you don't have a ton of ramp, and if you're playing with any sort of control player(s) the board will just get wiped before you really have a chance for them to become too much of a threat. At least in my opinion.
Bloodhall Ooze, Hex Parasite, War Elemental, Cemetary Reaper, Fungal Behemoth, Vulturous Zombie, Phantom Nankuto all seem underwhelming because of this.
As a comparison to War Elemental, try Ball Lightning. Same mana cost, hits the turn he comes in for six, then gives Kresh six counters. Groundbreaker is the same thing in green. Glissa, the Traitor seems a bit underwhelming because you don't have many really scary artifacts. You could just roll with Buried Ruin instead, which is a land and therefore does double duty.
As a comparison to Phantom Nankuto, take a look at Vigor. Similar, but ten times better and it does it for ALL creatures instead of just himself.
Now I will also mention that I am fairly new to magic in general, and I certainly don't know all cards and the counter theme could easily be viable with proliferate or if you can find a way to duplicate counters. At that point you would be less reliant on your general with all of those cards, but I find it more effective to have creatures that come into play scary, rather than requiring several turns to buff up. Aside from Kresh of course.
In addition to counters, another way to abuse Kresh is to play creatures that do things when they enter the battlefield, but can be sac'd easily. You list seems a little light on removal for my tastes, so I'd recommend Shriekmaw. Cast him for his evoke cost and you kill an opponent's creature plus gain 3 counters on Kresh. If you happen to have Grave Pact on the table, you get more bang for your buck. As mentioned above, Ball Lightning and Ground Breaker are also good examples. I'm not keen on their specific mana costs, but they are very good.
Be wary of Mind Control and similar spells. Kresh will get big fast. Then you opponent will steal him and wallop you upside the head for 21. Not good. It's always good to have a sac outlet. Greater Good is a fantastic choice. It helps if you also run some grave recursion... like Genesis.
Thanks for the input, i'll definitely consider it all... Phantom Nantuko is a little slow, i've never sucessfully cast War Elemental, Bloodhall Ooze and Hex Parasite should probably go as well then, since i've never actually made much use of HP's ability, and the ooze is usually just a 5\5 or so before it dies... I sort of have a soft spot for Cemetary Reaper, Fungal Behemothand Vulturous Zombie, although the last does seem to draw a bit of hate.

I love Vulturous, I just can't imagine him being super successful when you're not playing any sort of mill. Because normally when a card goes to the grave, it means board wipe. And then he's taking the long road with them. Definitely throw in Vigor though!
Oh yeah, i'm definitely going to try to pick up a Vigor if i can find one. Thanks again.
Do you think it would be worth it to run Sewer Nemesis just for synergy?
Considering your earlier comments, it probably wouldn't... again, i appreciate all the help

I personally don't like cards like that. They feel very 'gimmicy' to me. That is my personal preference, and is a two card combo that would rely on the creatures being in play. Creatures are the easiest thing to deal with, every color has a way to get rid of creatures. While those creatures getting killed would add absurd counters to Kresh, it may also end up getting Kresh killed. I have only gotten to test my Kresh deck once after I finished it, and haven't been able to really fine tune it yet because I haven't learned what's useful and what isn't. It's hard balancing ramp / protection for a red zone general like him / utility / other threats to keep eyes off of Kresh / win conditions incase Kresh costs 30 or gets tucked. So I don't have all the answers!
Fair enough, fair enough, i'm fairly new to EDH myself, i think i built my first deck(Borborygmos) earlier this year. I like Kresh a lot, but i heard someone on this forum once say they took their Kresh deck apart because there were too many synergistic cards and making substitutins was getting too hard. I've been there!
Actually, i guess i still am. Out of my deck, i really like Fungal Behemoth+Primordial Hydra and Glissa, the Traitor+Thornbite Staff...
It's so hard to choose! I think i can use a Vigor that's lying around the house though:D
