The premise im going with is an EXTREMELY cheap deck mana wise, utilizing the massive amount of artifacts for Galv. Blast and K-Rebirth. The deck could probably even go to less 18ish land, but i don't wanna risk it without testing. I have the spellbombs in there for the anti-block and the draw effect which can be a life saver.
The vault skirge are there as an evasion weeny that ultimatly costs 1 mana. The life link can prove useful, and worse comes to worse its a rebirth target. Got the usuals- memnites, signal pest, wardriver etc etc. Decided to add 2x heros since it could prove amazing t4 and plus incase they survive. The nightbird clutches are one of the ONLY good cards for red this comin up set, essiently giving me a chance to do massive damage or win. That coupled with spellbombs will have oppenents in a bit of a panic (no pun intended :P). Slag fiend is ther efor shenanaigans, and at 1 red it isnt that big of an investment with all the potentional payout.
have never tried out contested warzone, but ive heard its useful.
In the same way legacy Belcher asks "do you have force?" this deck asks "are your reinforcements timely?" I will probably bee rocking this at states. I was considering 4x KOTH and 7x mountains for the rest of my sideboard to help in the solar flare matchup. Any suggestions from the community are greatly appreciated.
Some explanation on choices: Reckless Waif is clutch in controlling tempo and can really hurt on turn 2. Ichor Wellspring is needed cheap card draw in this deck and turns Rebirth and Artillerize into draw. Flayer Husk can activate every spell besides Goblin Grenade.
I have 4 Goblin Grenades, which might seem like too many with only 8 goblin cards, but one rebirth can use up 3 of them alone.
Ive been play testing this deck and have had pretty good results thus far. Some matchups, like Wolf Run Ramp, with main deck Slagstorms, seem unwinnable but I've found just playing smart can get you there. The fact that this deck has Goblin Grenade and Volley is great, since with a turn one Rebirth, the opponent will be at 15 or less life turn 3.
The deck that gives this one the most trouble and one match I've yet to win is the W/G Token match up.
I have lots of faith in this deck as a rogue strategy.

I dont think its a rogue strategy as you are basically running a very sub optimal red deck wins list. Instead I feel like its a weaker consistency but higher variance deck that can "steal" games with a good draw. But I think anyone who is ready for read deck is ready for this. Like someone mentioned main deck slags, timely, etc
rdw and k-red play diferently as in rdw you rely more on burn and soem beaters while k-red is the oposite.
t1 - 3 goblins
t2 - plunge (or Mox Opal) into chief and swing for 6 (or 8) and play a signal pest
t3 - swing for 13 they will prob block 3 or 6 dmg in wich case just goblin granade or burn them with w/e you got/want...
either way K-red is a reliable 4-5 turn clock. (do note that isnt a god hand).
I've tried to keep a standard goblin build for the last 8 sets. Its' Fun To bring it out At FNM every once in a while.
The deck main purpose is just; to Out run your opponent.
In more than ten years of casual magic, Kuldotha is my second fav deck (being itself a variation of my fav one, 1998 sligh), and I'm afraid I have to say it wouldnt work without Goblin guide, Goblin bushwhacker and Lightning bolt. Plus you also lose Teetering peeks.
Agreed. You can try to run it, but it was never a T1 deck and it lacks the fundamental pieces. It can hurt, but I don't think it can get there. Chieftain is a weak replacement for Bushwacker.
I was toying with a making boros K-red with rally the peasants and glint hawks
on the draw:
T1-memnite, memnite, mountain, signal pest, mox, glint hawk, pick up mox, mox rebirth one of the memnites
T2- rally the peasants, swing for 23 (19 on the play) if that doesn't do it
T3-recure rally the peasants swing for 23 (19 on the play)
Here is what would happen most of the time
T1 play something
T2 play mox a couple more cards and rebirth,
T3 get slagstormed, scoop and get a burger before next round
well iv long given up K-Red sadly, but the new deck i got (i call it +Won/+zero as a joke :P) is based around battlecrys and such. I use kudoltha rebirth, as well as 4x Signal pest, 3x Flayer husk, and 3x Panic Spellbomb. the tokens are usually at LEAST a 3/1 attacker, which- tbh is nothing to scuff at. It also helps me with overexntending, because if i wont have to play as many creatures just to make use of the battlecry theme. It IS sad the deck kinda fell out of plability though

It's a super-low mana curve, and Infernal Plunge helps with that, so I dropped to 18 lands. While testing this deck, I noticed that it wasn't as fast as I'd hoped it would be, but a miraculous appearance by Koth when I was 1 turn away from losing helped me win the game.
Still heavy on the Battle Cry effects: Signal Pest, Wardriver, Hero, Contested War Zone (11 cards total). Memnite or a 0-cost Chimeric Mass can be Rebirthed on 1st turn. Ichor Wellspring makes a nice target for Rebirth as you get to draw 2 cards for 3 mana, in addition to spawning three goblin tokens. This helps to prevent running out of steam by playing all your cheap cards and then having an empty hand

Comments and suggestions welcomed!
Accoder palladins and Ardent recruits as well really stacking the Battlecry.
oooh I didn't realise Panic Spell bomb as so useful... I should look into getting some.
I am running Concussive Bolt as my Win condition... stack up my battle cries and crush my opponents when they can't block me. it is easy to get to 20.
You should also looking to Artilerise and Scrapyard Salvo if you are going to be using Slag fiend.
Why is there no Immolating Soulstealer they rock.
Ichor Wellspring is a nice card draw mechanic that works well with the sacrifice an artifact theme.

It surprises a lot of people There no Shock, Incinerate in the deck pretty much straight goblins run.

but without going all in and keeping space for removal...
and by meaning all in i mean...spending 5 non-land cards up to t3 just to get slagstormed and receiving a wurmcoil engine the next turn
Chile!

Another version of this deck, with a bit more focus on the goblins. This one has had more testing and seems to be a much bigger threat:
4x Goblin Chieftain
4x Goblin Arsonist
4x Memnite
3x Signal Pest
4x Goblin Wardriver
2x Hero of Oxid Ridge
4x Galvanic Blast
3x Brimstone Volley
