So far I think its pretty balanced. What do you guys think of this design? Does everything fit? Do I need more of a few things? Please let me know.

EDIT-I took out the Dimir Doppelgangers, 3 Legend lands, and (unfortunately) Hinders. I felt like I needed more removal.{ Return the lands and creatures, attack and get them to discard the creatures and I draw more. Plus when the things are removed, I keep limiting what they are allowed to play. }
The only reason for the legend lands is the fear of Blood Moon.
Well, it seems like a solid build, but at the same time, doesnt seem very competitive. I dont like vaccuumelt at all and would much rather kill something outright using rend flesh. Also, hyppie is the only source of discard. Although he is great, I wouldnt mind seeing a few distress in there, which would also work well with the doppelganger . lastly, ditch the legend-helping lands out of there. The only legend you have is circu and I wouldnt risk attacking with him.
Well, I do have Dimir Cutpurse and Consult the Necrosages for discard. I've been tinkering for the last hour and this is what I did(refer to original Post) Tell me if this helps.
