If I were you I would lean away from the mill cards. If you decide to keep the mill, and maybe even if you don't, Traumatize is awesome.
As far as creatures, I would include Lord of Extinction as another creature that can provide massive numbers of counters. For kill cards, I would strongly suggest Putrefax for an infect kill and Triskelion to turn all your +1/+1 counters into damage.
I've had a situation in a 4 player game where I was able to Traumatize myself, then cast The Mimeoplasm copying Triskelion and getting over 100 counters from Lord of Extinction. I just removed all the counters to instantly kill the other 3 players.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'd tried Traumatize in the past, but found that Tunnel Visions was usually better at milling, and could also be used on myself to set up a huge Living Death. That said, I've been trying out Mirror-Mad Phantasm, and have been loving him thus far. He's a repeatble super self-mill enabler, and doubles as an evasive beater. Though I must admit I do love me Tunnel Vision...
I can't beleive I overlooked Lord of Extinction. He went straight in. I like the Lord + Trike combo, as the deck does need at least one "oops, I win" moment. I don't like the idea of infect creatures in the deck, lest I go for a "combo" win. The fact that they hardly interact with other forms of damage doesn't go well with me.
Got rid of Siwftfoot Boots, Nether Traitor, Riddlekeeper, Solemn Simulacrum, Mirror-Mad Phantasm, Moldgraf Monstrosity, Spin into Myth, and Asceticism. The extra haste enablers for The Mimeoplasm weren't really needed, and Asceticsm didn't feel like it did enough, especially when I've counterspells and Crystal Shard to protect my dudes. Phyrexian Reclamation makes sure my dead guys don't stay dead anyways. Riddlekeeper was too conditional for my tastes; and Mirror-Mad Phantasm, while awesome at filling my graveyard, was costing me an important creature slot. Moldgraf Monstosity was cute, but it was too much of a hassle for me to get good utility out of it due to the "random" clause. Spin into Myth was awesome General removal, but lacked elsewhere. The high cmc was also annoying for me, and I opted out of it for more creature-oriented disruption, which I can recurr more easily.
Replaced them with Mesmeric Orb, for turbo-milling and punishing the multiple Seedborn Muse players in my group; Bribery and Rite of Repication for goodstuff; Loaming Shaman as GY Hate / Recursion; Riftsweeper so I can re-use Mimeoplasm Targets; Sphinx of Uthuun as powerful card draw on a stick; Chancellor of the Spires to take advantage of the nice spells I'll be milling from my opponents' decks; Mystic Snake as a tutorable counterspell via Survival of the Fittest which doubles as a blocker (and is pretty good with Phyrexian Reclamation and Crystal Shard).
