Intro: I know that there are a LOT of Mayael the Anima decks on this forum but there’s only one person that I know that plays her and he runs her as a tribal Wurm deck so I figured that I’d give it a swing. At this point, my deck has a 25% chance to NOT draw into a playable fattie with Mayael; that could be better but it’s what I’ve got so far. This was one of the hardest decks for me to build (and I’ve had quite a bit of experience with deck building lol) due to all the stuff that I couldn’t cram into it.

As I’m putting this together I noticed a couple things… is Mayael’s Aria worth the flavor? It seems like it could be awesome, but I’m not sure. I’ll have to see how it plays.
Mayael's Aria is worth the slot without a doubt. It's a brutal "I win" combo with Mossbridge Troll.
For the other beaters, I recommend more effect beaters; Scourge of Kher Ridges (quasi-wrath), Admonition Angel (removal), Blightsteel Colossus (because, just because). I strongly disagree with a couple of creatures you have namely; Megolonoth because creatures are better in the deck (run something to shuffle them back in), Cliffrunner Behemoth is underwhelming, and Gurruks Horde because Mayael would be better doing that herself.
So far as your spells I would really recommend adding Minds Eye, Mirri's Guile, and Aura Shards. They'd fit well.
Lastly, you should run lands like High Market and Mirren, the Moaning Well. They're very important to sack Mayael in case of Hallowed Burial or the like.

I strongly disagree with a couple of creatures you have namely; Megolonoth because creatures are better in the deck (run something to shuffle them back in)
Can you explain why you don't like Meglonoth? What's not to like about a 6/6 beater with vigilance and blocking trample?

Meglonoth is not that good because, even though EDH is a format for big fatties, to be truly effective in EDH, a fat creature must go above and beyond the norm for fatties, or else have some utility besides combat. When you look at Meglonoth, you need to ask yourself, "Is this the best I can do in this slot?"

It's kinda like both were printed with "Bear" as the first ability, and one was errata'd to "Support Weight" the other was errata'd to "Large Furry Animal". Both are correct, depending on the context
Bloom Tender is far superior to Birds of Paradise in a deck like this. With Mayael on the field, Bloom Tender taps for 1/2 of Mayael's activation cost on its own, which helps free up your mana for other things.
