There are some cards that I don't see in your list that I feel are a must add. I know you said you haven't completed the deck but when you do, make sure the following are in it:
I have a similar build, focuses on GY recursion and self discard, so I often let Mimeo go to the Grave instead of back to command zone. Options pile up fast with cards like Breakthrough and Attunement, etc. The Hermit Druid has worked great for me, so great I added in Mirror-Mad Phantasm and Necrotic Ooze with Laboratory Maniac. Don't see it going off, but figured I would give it a shot lol
Anyway, wondering how Riftsweeper is working out for you. I see you have some tutors and Fauna Shaman, but other then that, it doesn't seem like it would be too reliable to get the card put back into the library, and then get it out to the GY if the primary target is reusing creatures.

Greater Good, Simic, Oversold, and Sheoldred all work like you expect them to. They are amazing >_> Hermit Druid is great if you run alot of non-basics and want to put stuff in your graveyard. He's also part of a broken infinite combo with quillspike and necrotic ooze and some other stuff I can't remember.
Yes, 30 creatures is an awesome amount of critters to run. Seriously. You do need to upgrade your tutor package that was listed above however.
Wonder how effective Devourer would be with 11 spells that could stop the combo. I would guess you would still get off quite a bit of damage first, maybe 5 spells?

I don't think getting it's power to 7 or greater would kill it since Necrotic Ooze only copies activated abilities.
Yep Phyrexian Devourer recently changed so that isn't part of the activated ability any more. So if the Ooze hits the board, you just stack everything and mill your deck for huge damage.

I got some initial testing done with the deck and found out a couple of things:
1) I had a Survival in the actual deck and didn't realize it. Obviously a crutial part of the deck.
2) I only really want creatures that interact with the board in substantial ways in this deck since most of the time I'm spending mana on Life from the Loam stuff, thus the following are coming out of the deck: Hedron Crab Jace's Archivist Sphinx of Lost Truths Corpse Connoisseur Yavimaya Elder (for Korsan Tusker)
3) I borrowed a top from another deck and it wasn't that great. Since I'm usually dredging myself for three every time, the ponder-esque ability isn't very useful. The draw actually could help in a pinch to activate a dredge trigger, but I'd rather play another land then the top.
4) Entombis probably better than Vampiric Tutor in this deck. It gets me the missing piece to the Mimeoplasm kill-switch or early game gets me the LftL that is so essential.

Top is just subpar when you dredge with Life from the Loam. Scroll Rack actually lets me put the land cards I get back from Loaming and draw fresh cards.
Skyshroud Claim is quite good, I agree with this choice.
Future Sight just doesn't impress me. Not only is heavy blue, I'd rather just draw cards without my opponents knowing what I have. It has very litter synergy with my cards and goals of the deck.
More land? More ramp? More removal? I see a lot of cards I could cut
I really do need better lands in here yet. I'm a little unsure of what to get though. A lot of the lands I want to play are expensive or hard to find and if I want to make the investment I would like to have a sound justification of why they're worth running, so if you feel like a critical land is missing from the list could you be more specific and give me an argument for its inclusion?
I feel the amount of ramp is plenty in this deck. I never feel mana screwed due to Life from the Loam and since Primeval Titan exists and I have access to it and various "clone" cards for my opponents, I can usually race in the land department.
Removal/Counter Magic is something I want to improve on as well. I'm partial to the counter magic simply because it protects my combo with my general and is just all around better than removal anyways. I like Maelstrom Pulse and Pongify for removal and I want room for Undermine, Force of Will, and maybe Remand for counters. Any other suggestions here?
This deck is just very tight on cards and I want to be able to extract as much value from each card as I can. It's really not a good stuff deck though. I have various other decks that allow me to ramp up, cast buff creatures or flashy spells and all that, this deck is mostly about using my graveyard and lands, so please keep that in mind if you find a card underwhelming. I still wanna hear if you think it's not worth playing though.
